I have so many songs in mind but I like this one and have been listening to it a couple of time already and it is the most emotional song from the newest album by Rascal Flatts: Nothing Like This.

It's sad if you're on your own and no one to stand by you, especially living in this superficial world!

Fluffy Friday: Got bitten by Silver now belong to my cousin, my neighbour

Silver was such a sweet cat until he was given away to my cousin. I regretted very much giving him to her. Silver has changed tremendously into a very temperamental cat and with split personality these days. As far as I can remember, I rescued him when he was only a tiny helpless adorable kitten. He grew up with the rest of my other cats and was very well-mannered and I had no problem with him at all. He was such a good and well behaved cat. He will always be the last to eat and let others gathered around to have their daily meal first. I always like to watch their activities from my kitchen's windows when I was living in Marang. I have been observing Silver for quite sometimes and frankly speaking, he was one of the best cats I ever raised, a well behaved cat with no fighting history with any of my other cats, male or female. Their shelter was built opposite my kitchen and a spacious one. I do not understand why Silver has changed so much to become so temperamental with such split personality with this new owner, at one moment he would be so loving and tame and suddently out of the blue he would just attack you if he is in bad mood.

I am extremely sad Silver has changed so much. It happened so fast this morning, I went out to my balcony when I heard him crying. He looked relaxed and rolled over before me to show some affections like he used to do and so I stroked him gently. Suddenly, out of the blue, he just jumped and bite me and there are more than a dozen marks left all over my right hand. I think he was furious with his new owner for putting him aside at the balcony regularly. She has been doing this it seems because Silver has been bullying her female cat. Whatever it is, I should have not given Silver to her in the first place, she has done a lot of harm to Silver instead till he has become such an angy cat these days.

Silver bite me with no mercy and it touched my vein, there are a few more bite marks accompanies by some scratches. Blood were dripping all over when it happened, I was in a stage of shock! So, without hesitation, I rushed to the nearby clinic for an injection. I was also given anti-biotic tablets and was advised to take 2 tablets each time for 3x daily. I've started taking 2 tablets after my visit to the clinic and yet my right hand now is swollen. This is the 3rd time I experienced a cat bite. I am also developing a slight fever.

The worst cat bite I have ever experienced was way back in 2006 also at Casa Ria. It was a bite from a male stray cat and it could have been fatal. Actually, I have been feeding this cat daily downstairs. Sadly, one day he was in a stage of shocked when I was behind him most probably to his instinct I was going to harm him and so he It so happened he did not realized it was me behind him at that moment and so he attacked. I was in a very bad shape, even after receiving an injection from the same clinic, it was swollen and did not heal till I went to HUKM and was taken in as emergency patient. I had to re-visit HUKM several times. My blood was taken for tests and I remember one doctor told me I was lucky to be there on time, otherwise, I would even end up dead if I did not get proper treatments since I was bitten by a stray cat. At first I thought he was just joking, but he told me that he was really serious about what he said.

My second experience with with Tabby. He just had a fight with White Tiger and I went on to check on Tabby's injury. At the time he was still in a stage of anger. I should have not done that, I should have waited for him to calm down first. I noticed one of his ears was injured and I tried to apply some oilments. To my surprise he just attacked and bite me. I have learned so much about cat behaviours already and will try to be careful when handling with angry cats. As for Silver, I really honestly do not know what to now, I felt so bad because I know it was not his fault he changed. I am now with mixed feeling, angery and sad and I am very disappointed with the new owner. She has turned my well-behaved and good cat into such angry, temperamental cat and with split personality! These is one of the reasons why I am always am so careful to give my cats away, I want to make sure that they are given away to good hands, their new mummies/owners who know how to handle them with lots of love and attentions.

Hi! I was very worried when I realized Garflied's right eye was swollen last week. Already been so busy around the office with deadline and the chores at home, I don't think I can take him to the vet as yet. At first it looked as though there was a growth in his right eye. I was counting the days for Saturday to visit the vet, luckily, when I finally able to take Garfield to the vet, it was not as bad as I thought. I requested for anti-biotic injection for Garfield. I went home with anti-biotic pills including some tablets for the swollen below his right eye.

Thanks God, it works wonders with just one visit to the vet and the anti-biotic injection. So now I have to monitor Garfield very closely by giving him 2 small tablets in the morning and 2 at night. It's quite difficult to give Garfield medicine, somehow, I managed. All I need to do is just show him love and with a little patient. Firstly, I got to stroke him gently to gain his confidence, then only I could open up his mouth wide to put in the anti-biotic pill deep inside. Immediatey after he swallowed it, I got to repeat the same procedure by giving him the other pill to heal/stop the swollen, hopefully it will subside soon.

To my surprise with only an injection from the vet and only a day of treatment at home, Garfield now looks better, his right eye is getting better. Believe me, animal are smart, Garfield knows that I am trying to help heal him. After the vet visit, Garfield wanted to be near me. This morning he was at my bedroom's door with his meow, meow cry to wake me up. When I was at the living, he came closer to me trying to lick me to show his gratitute and appreciation for helping him.

I've been missing for quite a while here at FF links. Actually quite frequently FF seems to be on mind and to be honest, if FF links are still not closed, I would feel rather guilty if I were to post my MM post leaving FF post out, because Friday comes before Monday. Excuse me, what I mean is Friday FF links for the week earlier and MM the present week. So it's appropriate to publish FF post first followed by MM post. I wanted to let you guys know that up to today I can't stop thinking about the fate of some of my cats including some of my rescued cats. Those given away and those unfortunate ones with their unexpected dismissal, either lost or died, all these are playing on my mind and I miss them all so much! Some of my good cats were even given away and left in Terengganu just to make way for those unwanted rescued cats. My own cats Stevie, Leo, Tabby were given to CIMB boss including Simba my rescued cat found at Angullia Beach House and White Tiger which was rescued at Casa Ria in 2005. Recently, the new owner sent me Stevie's images on my mobile and I am quite grateful and very pleased with this family since I am very sure I can rely on them to take good care of all my cats. Tabby was given away to their closed friend who is also an animal lover.

I cannot stop thinking about my dear Coco who died less than a month after my shift back to KL. No cat will ever take her place because Coco was so closed to me. Back in Keramat in those days she used to sleep with me and I had a special pillow for her and she would lied beside me to sleep at night. I don't really know when I can really get over it, Coco was my very special cat. Snow White went missing and never return till today, after seaching for so long and I have shown some of her images/pics to those security guards on duty and promised them to give a small token, a reward of amount which I can afford if found, yet still there is not sign of Snow White till today.

I also cannot forget Sweetie, the cat I planned to help but did not take her in yet and she disappeared. I used to give her food and water daily morning and evening. This growing up female cat came to me when I just shifted to Kuala Lumpur and was really a cheerful little cat who would ran to greet me when she saw me. Reason why I did not take her yet was because she had developed ringworm on her ears. I did apply some good medicated creams and was planning to take her to a vet in a matter of time first before I take her in for shelter. I felt so bad since the last time I saw her I could see that she was pregnant in the early stage. Still I wanted to take and safe her, but thought perhaps let her stay downstairs after the birth of her kittens, then to take her to the vet. She went missing and disappeared till today, I still wonder what really happened to poor Sweetie.

Another pitiful sight which I like to share here and kept coming back to my mind is about the two cats I came across about a month ago near the hair salon at Pandan Jaya just opposite Fajar Mall. There was this little female cat with a young male cat and I could see that this male cat is very tame, I knew at once that they once belonged to some people but I just don't understand why they left this cat and the little one facing their lifes on their own helplessly. They still look in good shape. It was really touching to notice that this male cat is protecting the little one instead of human beings! I felt bad leaving them behind and once in a while their images keep haunting me. If only I have the ability to safe all these animal, I would but sadly I really cannot keep taking in anymore cats/kittens. By right, I am supposed to give away some which I am having with me now. At Casa Ria I have taken 2 female kittens including a young female cat already, meaning there are 3 new comers added up recently. I really cannot have too many in my apartment. Firstly, it is simply not fair for them and secondly, I cannot give my full attention to all of them since I am now working. I really have only limited time with them. Sadly, I got no choice but to place them in the Master Bedroom with the attached Bathroom so that it is easier for them to do their stuff. They will be behind closed door in a room, thus my apartment won't be like a war zone or a cat shelter. By nature I am a tidy, neat, clean and an organized person and I am the type who would always like my apartment clean and with good fragrance. I cannot live in a house together with many cats around me making a mess out of control. Only 3 of my own cats and one kitten are placed at my living. Therefore, it is really hard work which I have to bear daily. I got to mop the living and tidy up the Master Bedroom regularly beside my daily routine each morning before going to work and after work to feed them and clean their litters. I don't think anybody in the world would even want to do this for one day in their entire life! The blame is on those irresponsible owners who are selfish since they do not want to spay their pets, instead they abandoned them and poor me got to safe them not because I am stupid or crazy, but because I cannot bear to see the sight of these innocent animal especially little kittens being abandoned and left on their own and because I have so much mercy on them! Sadly, I am helpless these days as I cannot do much for them anymore. At present I have 3 Trengganu cats not spayed with 2 Casa Ria kittens plus 1 Casa Ria young female cat not spayed. I am waiting for the right time to spay them and at the same time still checking around to give away many to good homes. These animals need enough care & love together with special attentions and be free to run around on the grass. If only all of us share the responsibility, I mean those who have pets spay both their female and male cats/dogs and the authority help collect all the stray cats/dogs, kitten/puppies, spay them and then find good homes, I believe sooner or later there will be lesser and lesser stray animals around and then in the end there will be no more cruelty towards these animals around the world!. Those owners who wish to breed their animals may do so on condition that they are prepared to take good care of their animals and not abandoning them later. Believe it or not, I am now having with me 15 cats living in an apartment, can you imagine the madness, luckily, I know how to place them at the right place, 11 in the Master Bedroom behind closed door and 4 outside at the living. This room is quite spacious, so I sacrifice it for the cats and me taking the normal room which is smaller for myself. There is no attached Bathroom here, but at least there is one outside my room. I make sure the apartment looks like a normal apartment without all these cats seen running around everywhere. So my living place do looks like a normal clean apartment dwelled by a sane individual and this is because of my daily hardwork which I do not fail to abide!

WE CAN START AND BEGIN SOMEWHERE, START NOW BY SPAYING BOTH OUR FEMALE & MALE CATS & DOGS. THE AUTHORITY SHOULD ALSO PLAY THEIR ROLES & BE SENSITIVE ON THIS ISSUE TO START CONSIDER COLLECTING ALL THESE STRAY ANIMALS, SPAY THEM AND BUILD SPECIAL SHELTERS FOR THEM WITH DRS TO ATTEND TO HELP THESE UNFORTUNATE ANIMALS FREE FROM DISEASES & GET HEALTHY AGAIN, THEN START GIVING THEM AWAY ONLY TO GOOD HOMES.

THIS IS AN ISLAMIC COUNTRY, WHY ARE WE IGNORING THIS ISSUE? WE JUST PUT ON A BLIND EYE PRETENDING AS THOUGH NOTHING HAPPENED.

WHY CAN'T WE JUST START NOW TO STOP THIS CRUELTY ONCE AND FOR ALL, WE CAN DO IT IF ALL JOIN HANDS TO PUT OUR LITTLE EFFORTS SHARED TOGETHER!

Kelly to dedicate it to all the people of Japan followed with my continuous prayers, hopefully they manage to overcome their great difficulties and tremendous hardships to recover soon. Let us all pause for a second and say our prayers to them.

This song is suitable for my Music Monday post this week. I like the title of the song and I strongly believe "What goes around, comes around". For those who have done wrong to others will one day, sooner or later get back their own medicine, it's just like a boomberang, it will comes back to the sender.

I appologies if it has to be a post of life struggle which do not bring the readers joys and happiness. But as you know writing it down and sharing it here will at least ease little of my pain and clear my mind. Last but not least, I like to wish all members and readers especially to my dearest LadyJava, the creator of Music Monday, and my dearest Marzie, my good fairy.

I am glad I made it this week!

Hi guys! Good news is I'm back with Streamyx, I took off today to have it fixed and have cleared all my works till late hours yesterday, arrived home almost 10.00 p.m..late last night. At the same time it is a blessing for me to be at home today because I need back very badly all my strength and energy since it was wasted and drained out unnecessarily on stress! I can't wait to write what I feel about the unfairness and the dirty games people played on me even after doing alots of goodness assisting and sharing with them in whatever way I could for the smooth operation in the office and again I like to put it out clearly here, I did it all for the sake of the company, especially the deadlines till I got to go back quite late. They complained so much that they have too much work load compared to mine. But strange, yet both can have their lunch on time most of the time they would knock off at the right time leaving me doing some works including theirs sometimes till late hours.

There are no gratitute from these two and instead they are joining hands trying to take over the office and ruin and destroy my mood. I can tell you one thing here, I know for sure that I can be hired easily once a person knows me through recommendations, so if I feel that this place is still a hell for me, sooner or later if I have a chance, if I must go. I will go! It is no point working in a beautiful place where there are dirty polities around turning me into a miserable person! I will try to look for another job even though I love this place and happy with my job here. See... I always do my job independently without being pushed by my bosses. In fact, most of the time I am the one who call them if there are anything that they need to know immediately.

I just made myself a mug of nice hot milo and could not wait any longer to come to my blog to write. It is more important than having my breakfast because deep in me I have this feeling of being played out and being made a fool and it is conquering my emotion now. I cannot lie to myself and just say that everything is fine when I know very well that both are all out on the prowl to prey on me just about any time with some new tricks! I'm in hell and all stressed out till I could not even close my eyes at night and kept thinking how to overcome my new challenges at the office with these two mean unskilled, slow, and sick mind colleagues added with jealousy.

Imagine from day one, I started almost everything here, you name it, quality application form, leave form (I modified them), offer letter, confirmation letter, quotation, invoice, monthly sales format, list of staff names both Arab and Local and many other formats off and on. Till today almost all letters are typed by me, perhaps they are not well versed in English I presumed. Even their monthly simple covering letter to the bank including the list of staff names & particulars for their monthly salary are prepared by me, which by right it is their responsibility. I don't mind doing this because I can draft and type a good official letter and I did it again for the sake of the company and because I know they both are slow, calculative and are not well-versed. But they must start learning from now and take back their responsibility and not take me for granted. Definitely I can assist them if they have difficulties. But, no, they have choosen to burden it on me instead. They are so typical who cannot see others better than them or get paid more than them and are trying hard to do something melicious to sabotage me and they have managed to do it finally recently. I will tell you in another post because this is a Music Monday post. I think it is not appropriate to have a lengthy post here. Members come here to post and share music and songs, right?..

Yes, before I forget to mention, I had the worst birthday in my entire life so far last Saturday. I was supposed to work half day. This time the other woman left me a note on the 4th of March for me to finish up her deadlines and she took off again for a good reason it seems. She could very well finish that herself and left me the normal Local Staff pay slip to type. Oh! No.., she waited for the right time to get back on me because in early February when they both took leave together during Chinese New Year, by the way both are not Chinese, leaving me their unfinished job and I was not even notified that both also took off on the 2nd February and contitue with Saturday and Sunday and the City Day holiday so that both will be able to have a long holiday together with Saturday and Sunday. One of them even asked me for favour to exchange with her my working Saturday with her in order for her to travel back to her "kampung". I did this favour and was so flexible with situation, yet they do not know how to appreciate me. Surprisingly, the other woman also took a long holiday leaving me alone behind with her unfinished job. I thought that before they go for this long holiday they would come back on the 2nd of February, moreover the other woman already knew that I was not feeling well on Friday when I called her up late evening saying that I could not finish her dateline and she told me to go home.

On the 2nd both bosses walked into the office and was taken by surprise to find me doing the calculation and trying to clear this dateline. Both bosses called her up and questioned her why she left her unfinished job to me and whatever else later.

After that incident, she was so pissed off with me, instead of me getting angry with her, it was just the reverse. By right I am the one who should question her for not telling me that she also took off on the 2nd leaving me with her unfinished job. Instead she argued with me over it telling me that I should back her up. Crazy woman, after what she had done to me, I have to stand by her??? She thinks that I am a fool or what?!

Not satisfied with the situation, both were furious with me trying their new tactics to get back on me, I rather not elaborate here, it was such a childish act! My boss realized that I was so furious with them and then when he asked me what was wrong with me, I just blew up. And yet later I told him to just forget it because I think I can handle them. That very afternoon, both bosses were around to have meeting with three of us. When asked whether they are happy working there, they replied "yes". This is the time when the other woman questioned what was I hired there for, she always has the impression that I don't have much to do! I believe I've mentioned that in the earlier passage. So, all come to a conclucion to work as a team. In fact, I repeat from day one, I was the one who mentioned it, but they misused it! Team work does not mean that they join hands to leave their job unfinished and took off together. Team work in the actual sense means all of us to work as a team helping one another especially during crucial time so that the job will be accomplished and on time.

So, thinking that we should work as a team, this time before she took off again, she left me her shit again. It is not that easy just to follow typing what is written blindly, even the names was not written in full and with some errors in spelling, apart from that I got to check all her calculations, I can't type them out blindly, can I??? She knows better because she prepared them, why can't she just do it herself instead of dumping them to me. I even have to call her up a couples of time to confirm whatever I was not sure off.

I'm back to square one, still doing her dirty job. I thought when she has a computer, she would not disturb me again with her unfinished datelines. she should thanks me as I've already told her if she need help or assistance from me I will go to her computer, just mention it and call me any time at all. Actually, I don't mind to give some helping hands, but it must be in the right manner, come on, be logic, she just cannot leave me her datelines just with a piece of note instructing me and it was at the last minute. Who she think she is? So now I have to become her "kadam" and taking orders from this miserable unskilled mean clerk who is out all to destroy me? I'm sure she is nowhere compared to me, and yet she is trying so hard to burden me with her work just because she know that she is slow I think. Part of her job is to take care of the Human Resource work, this doesn't mean she can just order anybody around including me. I believe she is trying to take control of the office when the bosses are not around, such a power crazed person!. Yet all letters, may it be warning letters to staff, letters of offer or confirmation letters and almost all letters are all prepared by me! I too have my deadlines.

I'm also in-charge of preparing letters and other documentations to the Immigration, meaning I got to work very closely and not miss out any date(s) wifh the foreign staff multiple visas or other visas. Apart from that I got to follow up with the customers with daily quotes getting their feedback with their confirmation. Answering telephone calls, taking messages and sometimes I got to call the clients to get their full particulars and necessary information to prepare the quotes. All these need special immediate attention too and I got to liaise with the manager and the General Manager. Why can't she just give the datelines to her assistant. The other woman also has an attitude problem and they give me the impression that they are also lazy and very calculative. The second woman sometimes called her "boss"? " no wonder she "anggan-anggan nak jadi leader konon" she can just dream on, if she do not have the expertise and the quality as a leader and just trying to use certain power for her own advantage, she better stop dreaming lah! Shame on them, if I do not finish their datelines on time, the Arab staff would not have got their salary on time. They are paid in cash accompanied with these slips. In the actual fact, from day one when she did not have the computer, I typed everything, and I never stop doing all these shits which is supposedly to be her responsibillity till this very day and yet she gave wild accusations and not knowing what are my job function. In the first place, she doesn't have to know what my job function are, she should concentrade more on her job and not being nosy with what I am supposed to do.

They are so lucky to have me there at the moment, they all should realize this because if another person is in my shoes there now, I honestly believe the worst would have happened! Again, I stayed back long hours with no overtimes or any allowances for my fare back home. I need to take a cab home when it's late. This year birthday was spoilt by this selfish, jealous individual who are all out to prove that she is better than me! How dare she put forward a wild accussation and question both my bosses recently. She said that she would like to know what I do when I come office. Wow! She should have known me better, I am there mostly taking all her shitsssss from day one because she has no skill in typing and yet she is aiming to control the office as a leader! I want to get this out of my chests here. One day she said tyring to irritate me, quote with the exact words : "Some people come to office, they work and get paid" unquote and the other woman continued, quote "Ya lah!, but some people come to office, they don't work, only playing with the internet and yet get paid" unquote. When I questioned her, she denied and when this happened there was even a witness, the Chief Steward, he was there in our office. Excuse me, I was on the net sometimes to send and receive e-mail from clients and suppliers. They are so stupid even after me helping them to create their e-mails, they don't even know how to use them. In fact, I was the one who convinced my boss to give them the internet lines, otherwise, till today they are not exposed to the net. The fax machine was out of order for the past few weeks, luckily, I managed to send all quotations with attachments through my personal e-mail (Therefore, recently I created another e-mail address to use it just for the office), at first some quotes were sent through my private gmail address. I sacrifice alots and yet this is what I get. Enough is enough! I think I ought to look for another job now.

I like to work peacefully and mind my own business doing my job diligently and in good spirit without disturbing others with unnecessary crabs. Pray that sooner or later I will get to work in a place where someone really need an independent worker like me who is not afraid of hardwork and who come to office with the intention of doing a good and honest job!

Foremost, I would like to take this opportunity to thanks my three regular strong supporters who would always come and leave their comments on my post(s) and make my day brighter. In the right order for Dec 2010 and January 2011, the champion goes to dearest Marzie with 8 points and second goes to none other than my super LadyJava with 7 points followed by the new comer, Namz with 2 points. I would also like to consider David Funk in this group even with 1 point since he took the initiative to leave me his comment too. For my gratitude I am putting up all the (4) four badges below as a token of friendship in the correct order.

Do you know that a pen is sharper that a knife. When it cuts, it will cut deep straight to the heart and with such great impact. If you cut your finger with a knife, it would heal gradually but beware, when a pen start to play its role with miracle of magic words, the injury will still lingers on and on and the wound will never be healed. In this era most of us use computer, so the keyboard serves the same purpose.

I guess my blog is my little diary where I could speak my mind. You might be wondering why I write this now. All these while my normal post(s) are none other than Music Monday because I love music since it gives me lots of inspirations and happiness and Fluffy Friday because I love animal and I have rescued and owned some abandoned cats and kittens. I like to represent and speak on behalf of these unfortunate abandoned animal which are left helplessly to suffer without food and clean water and eventually died with no mercy with all sorts of diseases! The owners could have spayed their pets to stop breeding out of control instead of abandoning the unwanted cats/kittens, dogs and puppies anywhere they like, sometimes these irresponsible people who called themselves "humans" even threw these poor little beings in big drains and in dangerous spots with the intention of killing them! These innocent little beings will not die straight away, mind you.... they will die slowly and with lots of suffering. Such a CRUEL ACT! Where do they put their the brains! Wait till when they get old and in turn their children leave them at the old folk homes. Well! while typing this I suddenly realize why bring up the subject about people throwing unwanted animals, some even have the heart to abandon their old own unwanted babies to die just because these babies are born out of wedlock! Wow!

My life is full of challenges and most of the time I come across many nasty and abusive people. I have learned the lesson of life so much since my younger days and now am able to cope and handle it well without spoiling my days. I've gone through life alots, you just name it, superficial friendship, office politics, double standard in family, third party bitchy around and messed up my relationship with my late mum, being belittle, being abused mentally and financially. Gradually after going through some bad experiences, with the evil and selfish sick games they played on me, I turned into a stronger individual with full of confident with a challenging attitude and become wiser instead. Maybe it is because I have been through many bad experiences and have gone through one of the worse situations in life.

I classified myself as being alone in this complicated wild world I am living in. I have no one but myself, it's o.k., as long as I know who I am and where I am going, I will be able to approach the life journey without fear and always ready for new unexpected challenges. I tend to always look at the bright side of life, thanks to Allah, the creator for making me strong instead and have helped answered my prayers when I wanted a job so badly.

With a good job and a beautiful working place, I tend to love my job and do it diligently and with lots of passion. I believe my bosses are quite please with my performances through their words of praises. But lol and beware, there are people who suddenly find me intimidating and trying to bitch around and playing their dirty games on me, yet in the actual fact they need me more that I need them workwise. From day one, I remember mentioning "team work" and trying to show a good example by working as a team. Well! it never work on certain people who keep on focusing on selfishness and jealously. This lady is trying to be my leader instead and now she has an assistance who is as insecure as her, therefore, now they both join hands trying as much as possible to boss me around and playing hard balls towards me. Look! I am a secretary, they are clerks, can you imagine! Now wait a minute, I was not born yesterday dear people, I am now in control and will always stand up for my right and will never allow anybody to fiddle with me ever again! Mind you, I am not a street fighter, I will always be cool and focus myself on doing goodness but if they need anything from me, they then got to learn the right way of approaching me and must learn to be professional in term of communication since I am not working in a fish market or a coffee shop. I would prefer those who need my assistance be polite with me and have good attitude instead of bitching around with some dirty tricks! Sadly, these catogery of people are still in the nutshell and I believe if they continue with such attitude, they will never learn to go forward in life.

I am blessed with strong mental power and with lots of patience plus without any deadly diseases. Al Hamdullilah, thanks to Allah the Almighty and in return for this "nikmat" I always like to use it for a good cause. I am now happy with my blog and my other little corners where I've learned to create and have many friends online around the world to share my ups and downs and sometimes receive their honest feedback. I am so glad I find myself associating with many professional & intelligent people out there with healthy and creative minds, people who treasure knowledge and goodness. Even though I rarely write regular post on my blog, I always receive their strong supports coming in visitng my humble blog.

Thanks God again, as I am hunger for knowledge instead of occupying my thought on all those negative wrong doings I encountered. I would prefer to use my energy on improving myself rather than destroying others. You know something, I believe those who are always trying to find faults and creating troubles for others will never live their life in peace because they will build up in their dirty heart many accumulating black stains and gradually they will never learn how to correct themselves to be better human beings! Nauzubillah... Pray to Allah that I will not be in this catogery of human beings. "We can choose either to do goodness or otherwise, it's our choice, but it's going to be a big waste if we choose to dance with the devils!"

I like to quote below the words of wisdom which I've just received from my very dear nephew, Tawfeik Angullia from the Beach House to help me cope with the present situation and to stay cool and calm deep inside:

Hi,

I hope it is still not too late to publish my MM post this week. Just got back from work, and as usual I got to feed the cats, tidy up their room, etc, etc. After having my nice warm shower, and performed my Isha' prayers, now with a nice warm bowl of hot soup beside me here, I am typing whatever I can first and then I got to hurry to get through the famous LadyJava's blog to get her links before the clock strike twelve at midnight.

For this week post, I am putting up a beautiful song which is one of my favourites from Maher Zain. This song is very soothing to me and I do hope you love listening to it too. Biography

Maher’s first musical inspiration came from his father, who was a singer himself, performing locally in the beautiful Mediterranean city of Tripoli - Lebanon.

Fascinated by the music and instruments, Maher got his first keyboard when he was only ten and ever since music officially became part of Maher’s world.

The family moved to Sweden when Maher was only 8, where he continued his schooling, and later entered university and got a Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering. With things changing around him, one thing remained the same - his strong passion for music. He would spend late nights at school with his friends where they would sing, rap, compose and experiment with music in every way. It didn’t take him long to realize that music became an integral part of who he is.

Maher started working with RedOne with Swedish artists, and later moved with him to New York. For a few years he was in the middle of the hot rush of the NY music industry, working with chart topping artists such as Kat Deluna on her debut album which included smash hits ‘Whine up’ and ‘Run the Show’.

Maher had what many would describe as a dream job for someone so young in such a glamorous business, but for Maher it felt like this was far from what he would call ‘the dream’, “I loved the music but I hated everything that surrounded it, it always felt like something wasn’t right”. RedOne was on the verge of breaking into the big time, going on to work with artists like Akon, Lady Gaga, Enrique Iglesias, Brandy, New Kids on the Block, and Michael Jackson to mention just a few, and becoming one of the most sought-after music producers in the world. Maher however was restless and eventually decided that the music industry and all that surrounded wasn’t the right place for him and he returned to Sweden. It wasn’t until he met a group of brothers who were active in the Islamic community in Stockholm and he started regularly attending his local mosque that he felt like he’d reached ‘home’.

Maher feels blessed to able to finally find the right way, and feels like it’s his turn now to help others through his music to do the same: “If I had one thing I’d like to tell people out there it would be that it’s so easy to see the right way if we just open our eyes and look properly; that’s what happened to me.”

In January 2010, Maher Zain won the best song for 2009 for 'Ya Nabi Salam Alayka', on Nujoom FM, the Middle East's biggest mainstream music station. He beat other top of the charts singers including but not limited to Hussein Al-Jismi, Mohammed Mounir and Sami Yusuf.

Awakening Records: Maher Zain wins Nugoom FM's Best Song Award

2011 - present: Insha Allah in Malay and upcoming studio album
Maher Zain announced that he had released a Malay version for "Insha Allah", having released French and Arabic version along with videos already, while adding that it would be a track on his second album.

Maher has now commenced working on his new studio album. Actually the album can be released on April 2011, but due to Egypt's crisis, he will delay the date of released maybe in 2012. No title has yet been announced. Facebook update announcing new album. Maher sang a portion of a song from the album without backing music in a morning talk show slot at Malaysia's television channel, TV9 (Malaysia). After a hard day work, I would always like listening to nice soothing music and songs. Oh my God! I thought I still have the time to post my MM post today and yet I overlooked it again. Sorry my dearest LadyJava, even though there won't be a link for me this week again, I am here with the list of all those MM members who participated this week, I hope you do not mind.

I was rushing for time today thinking that it is still a chance for me to join my dearest LadyJava and MM members for this week with this post. I missed it again! So sorry....

Even though it's late, wishing all "HAPPY MUSIC MONDAY" and hope the remaining days this week are good days for all!

I'm feeling a bit disappointing and quite hurt with two colleagues today. Despite of what I have done assisting and supporting them all along even doing some of their jobs as a team and did the initial set-ups of all the working papers in my PC and recently transferred them to the rightful person to start leaning to do it, and from day one I kept on saying and repeating the words "Team Work", and that I'm not into "Office Politics" yet things have gone wrong! Well! it's nothing new, it's the same old story" again. I have experienced it before, I've been through this kind of situation a hundred times I guess, so now I am able to handle it well as I'm much better now than those days. I can be cool even with nasty situation(s). I will continue to make sure I still do the best job even though if these two still find me intimidating! What can I say, I love my job and I will make sure I always enjoy it. I rather not elaborate further here, but just to put it right, it's plain typical .....................! So I ought to be careful and just concentrate on my work.

By right, this person should be grateful and thankful to me because all the initial set-ups of all contents are created, built up and done by me, so a person with a rightful mind will not be trying to find loopholes just to create issue(s) to put me down instead. What can I say, some people are just like ungrateful dogs! They will bite you back after helping them. These type of people are still living in a "Nutshell".

For this week I feel it is appropriate to share the song "Sleeping Child" on my Music Monday's post. The lyrics itself is enough to understand why I've chosen this song. I'll tell you why shortly. At first I was planning to have a different song up here on my post.

I like to share my experiences I've just encountered this evening after taking a cab home. After a hard day's work, what I really need is to go home, get my warm bath after feeding all my kitties, pray my Isha's prayer, had a bite of a little something, post my Music Monday as planned and to have a good night rest, my beauty sleep.

I was looking forward to hurry home by taking a cab, otherwise, I would just opt to take other transports, a bus would be fine, no complaints as I am a down to earth kind of person, I have been through life a lots and have grown to manage myself independently on my own in whatever circumstances, me alone all by myself, so it doesn't matter but I would expect kind words from those I associate with, otherwise, I do not need to hear any word at all!

Surprisingly, this rude taxi driver started commenting me and made a big fuss when I used some English words. He questioned me as to why I sometimes used English words and went on talking about politics. He must be a nut case or what? Firstly, I don't need to hear anything from him, his job is to just send me or other customers to their destinations and not criticizing me or other guests while they are sitting in his cab. He started condemning the government and went on blah, blah ...................... (I believe he is from the opposition party).

He insulted me by saying that he feel like vomiting just because I used some English words when giving him direction to go left or right and so on. He was such a jerk and I think he is really a bias person with one track mind who thinks that he knows most! I was fed up and told him to keep his opinions to himself and I was not interested at all to know or hear anything from him but I was polite. I think he is bias and sick! I can't wait to get down, pay the fare and disappear from his sight, he delivered bad vibes, bad influences and bad energy. I should have taken down his taxi registration's number and make a report to the taxi Association. I am sure those who become taxi or cab drivers got to go through some training first of how to treat and handle their guests right and most importantly be courteous and polite and not otherwise..,,,,,,,,,

Fluffy Friday: Sad news about Darlin' Nicky

My poor Darling Nicky, he struggled so much to live, I could see that he was a real fighter. Sadly, he could not take it anymore. But it was really strange, it looked as though Nicky waited for me to be around before he died.

It was last Friday, as usual I came back quite late after work to find Nicky lying helpless in his comfortable place with little pillow and a blanket to keep him warm. Immediately I attended to him first, he really looked in a bad shape this time, I knew at once that he was drying, so I touched him and rubbed his head several times and uttered his name many times trying comfort him and to make him feel safe with me. I gave him only little drops of water to drink, a few drops before he passed on. Nicky grabbed my right hand closer to him. I could hear a strange cry from him before he struggled with his last breath. I kept calling his name to show him love and made him feel safe till finally Nicky stopped breathing. Nicky died on a Friday but on a late Friday evening around 10.00 p.m. I buried him with the help of the Maintenance staff on Saturday next to Coco's grave who died in early July this year. I regret for not being able to do the best for both Coco and Nicky.

Fluffy Friday: I miss Nina Coco & Snow White so much!

I still miss some of my favourite cats even though I gave them to good homes. Fourteen cats and kittens were given away before my shift back to Kuala Lumpur and out of the fourteen, there are some of my own namely Stevie, White Tiger, Simba, Ginger Bread Boy, Leo, and Tabby.

The above image is that of my dearest Nina Coco. It was heart breaking to see her dying. Many things happened during the shifting back to Kuala Lumpur. I lost some of my belongings which I strongly believe stolen by the lorry driver from Terengganu. I gave away even some of my own favourite cats including the rescued cats from Terengganu and lost Snow White the first day in KL and one of my own favourite cats Nina Coco died with yellow fever.

The lorry driver arrived very late that night at about almost 12.00 midnight, I was in a van drove by my brother with 16 cats back to KL. I was so tired since the past few days before shifting I was all worked out with the preparation of shifting, giving away cats, packing my stuff, you can just imagine with all the planning and the preparations. The van arrived first with all the cats. I managed to get an apartment just to rent for a month because according to the owner he has sold it to someone and while waiting for the payment I can just put all my belonging there so that I can search for another apartment. From Terengganu I contacted my cousin to look around since she is staying in one of the apartments there.

Sadly, that night when I left all my cats in one of the rooms with curtains all covered up, the windows was not closed properly and 9 cats disappeared. Still with not enough rest after the shift, I went around looking for them till late evening and managed to get back 7 of them on the same day. Coco came back only the next day looking very tired, and I believe she might have drank some dirty water somewhere. In fact, I wanted to booster them before the shift but the staff at "Pejabat Haiwan Marang" said they were running out of the solution for the booster. If only Coco had been boostered, then she wouldn't have got this deadly sickness. The symptom only appeared a few days later, I rushed her to the vet. She could have been saved and still be living today if not for me listening to my cousin asking me to stop giving her the vitamin. According to her it seems I should just give Coco the prescribed medicines and not to give her too much of whatever else, I was not thinking straight at the time wanting to save my dearest Coco so much and listened to this Dr. Quack! Earlier when I feed her with the vit. there was sign of improvement because she was trying to eat, but when I stopped giving her the vit completely Coco got worst. I then rushed her back to the vet, the Dr. was so surprised why I did not continue giving Coco the vit and according to the Dr. that vit. will give her the energy to fight back this deadly sickness. See... what a busybody can do to your life! I had it, I rather not say it out here anymore .........................................

This is an image of my dearest "Snow White". She disappeared and never returned until today. I went round searching for her like a mad woman calling out her name for many days before I started working and during weekend when I started working. Even shown her bigger pic to those securities at Gate 1, 2 and 3. Really sad, how can the room windows was not checked in the first place, by right it should be closed when delivered to me, I am not trying to blame anyone but normally if you move in to a new home, all windows are closed and locked! This was opened and covered with curtains, it slip my mind that behind the curtains the windows might not be closed.

I still miss Nina Coco and Snow White very much, I can't help it feeling sorry for them and regretted so much for what had happened. Very sad indeed, this would not have happened, if only the lorry driver arrived on time as scheduled and not having his own agenda to steal some of my stuff, and me trusting somebody100%, tired or not, if I was more alert, this wouldn't had happened. I must not depend on anybody but myself and must be thorough in anything!

Fluffy Friday # 52 : Got to take Nicky to the Vet

Hi!

This is Nicky. He is really sick and I need to take him to the vet soonest. Been giving him lots of vit. lately. I take off from work today to do alot of errands and to bring Nicky for check up. I am rushing for time now, so posting this short post first. I will continue to write more in details tonight with God willing!

I wanted to post about the incident during my shifting with the cats and everything but could not find the right time yet to elaborate in details ever since I got this new job. I am truly happy working there, but you know one got to be so committed to it, right? I am so committed and and my day off alternate Saturday and every Sunday. Insha Allah, I will come back to continue writing tonight, either I will edit this post or will post something new on the top, let's see what is best!.

Al Rawsha - A Grand Middle Eastern Restaurant with it's unique beauty (My Arabian Night's Dream)

Let me introduce to all my blogger friends out there "Al Rawsha" my new place of work. It is truly a beauty! It is a castle-liked building overlooking Royal Selangor Golf Club surrounded with such beautiful scenery I must admit here. From the 1st floor, you will be able to see the clear view of many tall buildings of KL city including my favourite, Petronas Twins Tower (KLCC). I heard that it is rated the biggest Arab Restaurant in the city presently. What you are seeing now are images of the front view, the 1st floor and the ground floor of the restaurant. I must apologize to all viewers, when I took the shot of the front view of the building it was in the early stage thus it is without the name of the restaurant. I am working on the 1st floor where the office is located. I feel as though I just flew on a magic carpet to a far distant land, somewhere in a fantasy world of the 1001 nights!

When I first arrived in late June, it was still under construction and you know it is truly magical when I got this job. I was joking with those from the Beach House in Terengganu saying that finally the genie from Aladdin's magic lamp has appeared and brought me Al Rawsha since I wanted so desperately to return to the capital city to start my new life. Al hamdulillah, with Allah's grace and his willingness, I am back to Kuala Lumpur for good since I do believe in miracles and the second chance.

I will write more on Al Rawsha but first let me get all the facts right in order to introduce more of this Grand Beauty to the world. You will love dining or even having lunch here with good Arabic music & songs and varieties of delicious exotic Middle-Eastern cuisines will be served by waiters from the Middle-East together with waiters and waitresses from Malaysia. Some love to have their wedding functions here and I believe it can accommodate more than 2000 guests.

I made a joke with some colleagues that we were like sailing in the ship "Titanic" in the middle of an ocean when there was a heavy thunder storm accompanied by strong lightnings recently since Al Rawsha is so huge. The non-stop pouring of the heavy rain with the dark angry clouds seen from upstair's windows created the feeling that I was in the middle of an ocean sailing in a huge ship!

Let me first tell you a history of the Rawsha. "Al-Rawsha" Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur is named after the famous legendary rock in Beirut, Lebanon. The cliff overlooking the rock is famous for its restaurants, which serves exquisite Lebanese cuisines, it's with that in mind Al Rawsha are serving irresistible Middle Eastern cuisines and treating customers 24 hours a day. It is a taste of Middle Eastern dining and I am sure that you will find the food here most exquisitely Middle Eastern. I will try to get the photo of the rock in the middle of the sea, it is 60 meters in height and a large hole in the front of the tunnel cuts through the rock, large enough to allow boats to pass through. In the absence of any information or other reference about Rawsha rock, the only possible information one can obtain is the memories of the people who knows the Rawsha.

Hello my long lost blogger friends,

I know I have a lot to catch up here. As promised, I managed to make an effort today with my first come back and to begin with, I am posting a Music Monday post to cheer up my blog. I've been missing since late June due to my big shift from the East-coast back to the capital city, Kuala Lumpur. Thanks God I made it!Many things happened, the good, the bad and the ugly. Will write about it in the coming post(s). I do hope I get the hang of it, 'cause really, I feel that I am missing the touch now, spent quite a while refreshing my memory going to the Dashboard to start my post again, but I will do my best to make it works. Hope I will be able to link this to my super LadyJava's linkage without any problem.

I have quite a number of songs on my mind for this week, but I feel that this is the right come back song since I've gone through quite a lot during the past missing months.

Too many things happened, been very busy. Did not install streamyx yet, since arrived in KL have been shifting to 3 apartments already. Forgotten some of my passwords, and my facebook is temporarily suspended. Miss you guys a lots especially Marzie, LadyJava, and all the rest. Insha 'Allah will try to install streamyx soon. I also work on alternate Saturday. Love you guys and you guys are always on my mind!

Music Monday: Cats and Dogs Remixed

I guess this video will be a reminder for us to realize how some unlucky abandoned animal are going through everyday. It is not one of my favourite songs but somehow I feel this video is appropriate for this week Music Monday since I am in process of finding good homes for many of my rescued cats including some of my own cats because I cannot continue to take care of too many cats if I stay in an apartment.

I would also like to make a special announcement here that I am now in a midst of shifting. I have given away lately some cats, mine and the rescued cats including 5 kittens, 2 with their mommy and and 3 without their mommies. Too bad, today I found another abandoned kitten near my house. I do not have a heart to ignore it especially seeing such tiny fragile kitten all alone lost,frightened and hungry. How dare these "Orang Kampong"! It is really a nigh mare staying in here for the past 3 years plus. I am truly speechless. Thanks God I have a chance to get out from this hell! I believe there are many animal abusers living here. To them these helpless little things meant nothing, so it does not matter whether these innocent animals suffer or in pain, so why bother to spay them. I've noticed and realized that it is normal to them when their pets give birth and keep on breeding.

I remembered advising a woman here to please spay her cat because I noticed she has too many kittens. The reply was a shock to me, she said no need to spay because most kittens won't live long! If they feel they do not want these kittens, they will just throw them away, sometimes with their mothers but sometimes they even have the heart to abandon and throw tiny kittens that needed their mommies badly while still feeding on their mommies' milk without their mommies around! How then will these kittens survive? They are crazy or what? I have nothing else to say but the right word that I can think now of is that these bunch of people are really CRUEL and SELFISH and they are animal abusers! Hope one day God the All Mighty will punish them severely and who knows when they get older, their children will then have the heart to abandon them too, serve them right!

I might not be online for a month or so as I will be very busy with the new job and the shifting. I will try my level best to have my streamyx line installed at my cousin's place first before I find myself a suitable place to shift with all my stuff. At the moment I found a place not to my expectation so I will only keep all my stuff and my cats there. Thanks God, after giving to some good homes, in fact, there are still people promising to come and collect them, I think I will be left with 17 cats (mine and rescued cats).

The apartment which I will be renting temporarily for 2 months is just a walking distant from my cousin's apartment and I will be staying with her first. It would still be easier for me to take care of my cats since the unit I will be renting with my stuff and the 17 cats is in the neighbourhood. Before I move to a suitable apartment, I still have to keep on trying to get good homes for some of the rescued cats, moreover all of them need special attention. It is impossible for me alone to give special attention to all daily when I work and I it is not appropriate to keep many cats in an apartment. I strongly believe it is much earlier to get good homes for these cats in Kuala Lumpur, so pray that they will get good homes soon. I will still keep some as I already missed some of my favourites given to CIMB boss from Kuala Terengganu. Both husband and wife are animal lovers and I heard they have just built a nice shelter for all my 5 cats (Simba, White Tiger, Leo, Stevie and even Tabby), I took back Tabby just recently from someone who neglected him. She got a job in Kuala Lumpur and left Tabby with her sister. I called several time to check on Tabby and finally the sister told me that Tabby is with the neighbour and did come back. I do not know who the hell the neighbour is, worrying dead here in case Tabby might got into the wrong hands who will just simply sell him to someone who would put him in cage even though he is already spayed. Before anything bad happened I demanded Tabby back, thanks God finally they sent him back after many persuasions and so Tabby is now safe and sound with his new owner, the CIMB boss' good friend.

When I give away my cats I make sure they are in safe hands and I have their contact numbers. There two young female cats from Beach House abandoned to me quite sometimes ago by my own nephews, one was given to me in bad shape and their one was left without my knowledge. Now I have found two beautiful kind hearted workers from Beach House who love cats and are willing to take them. For their gratitude and since they are not well to do, I will give them RM50.00 each to spay these two young female cats and must promise me not to spent these monies on other things, if they do so, I told them that Allah the All Mighty will know. I am sure they will spay Angel and Little Darlin'. I wish all my cats and some of my rescued cats which were given away all the best in the new homes with their new loving parents and hope they will get all the attentions and love and live happy ever after till their ending day.

May Allah protect them always.

Santana was formed originally in 1966 in San Francisco, California. Carlos Santana is a Mexican-born American. Fluffy Friday # 27 - Simba, a rescued cat from Marang was given away to a good home yesterday

"HAPPY FLUFFY FRIDAY"

It was not a happy Friday for me yesterday. I had a mixed feeling when my rescued lion cat Simba was given away even to a good home. I still remember when I rescued him, he was just a tiny kitten found crying at the beach of "Angullia Beach House ". I am happy for Simba since his new parents are cat lovers but at the same time feeling sad because I cannot keep him with me. Normally when visitors approach him, he would show his unfriendly and fierce behaviour. I was quite surprised when he changed his reaction towards these new parents when they were here viewing him last week. Their younger son who is about 12 years of age is very fond of him. All of them tried to touch and stroke him and he responded to them very well with acceptance. It was indeed strange and a surprise because normally he doesn't like strangers at all. So they came back yesterday (Friday) around 6.00 pm with a carrier to take away my darling Simba to a new home. It was a very sad and touching moment for both Simba and me.

Yesterday morning I spent more time with Simba as it was the last day for me to be with him. Hopefully, one fine day I will have a chance to meet him again. He always like to grab my hand with both paws to show his love and closeness when I opened his cage daily. Even my own cats did not do that to me. We really have a strong bond and I definitely going to miss him a lot!

I gave the new parents one of his plastic favourite trays for Simba to have the touch of his own thing and not feel lost. It was really a sad last moment when I helped put him in the carrier, and he did not struggle at all. But when his new daddy carried him in the carrier, then only he started crying and tried to struggle. I called his name many times to cool him down and at first I thought of joining them in the car to follow Simba to his new home for a while so that he will feel saved. Unfortunately, I could not make it because the car was full since there were 3 of them including another couple who were also here viewing my other rescued cats. Actually Simba is in saved hands I am so sure of it. The new parents are cat lovers and the daddy is one of the bosses in CIMB, I've been to their house before on "Hari Raya" celebrations. His new mommy is related to my nephew's wife from Beach House Resort through marriage. Perhaps one day I might be able to visit Simba again. I am more worried about Tabby (one of my own cat) which was given away to someone I do not know quite well. Sometimes I phoned up Tabby's new mommy and asked about him. Before I shift back to Kuala Lumpur for good, I will try to visit Tabby and perhaps take him back in exchange with another rescued cat from Marang which is not that closed to me.

I am still pissed off with some selfish people from Marang again. Here I am trying to give away as many rescued cats and kittens as possible even though I have already grown to love them and quite attached to them as this would be easier for me to start a normal life again when I move back to KL. Yet some people here never stop their bad habits, they still keep on abandoning their unwanted cats and kittens to me. Recently, when I was at the market place, I saw a tiny kitten crying non-stop without her mommy around and I took her back out of pity. she is now looking good, very energetic and becoming a happy and playful kitten. Then about two weeks ago, another kitten was left just a few kilometer from my house and I took her also out of pity because I know this little kitty will definitely be in danger and cannot survive on her own. Last Thursday all my rescued cats were given the 2nd injections from "Pejabat Haiwan's staff" so that they will be free from sickness before given away.

I felt good after I had all these cats their injection and so wanted to continue doing my errands with phone calls etc preparing for my first shift to KL. Before I could even walked in to enter my front gate after thanking those staff from "Pejabat Haiwan", I saw a mother cat with two little kittens abandoned outside! These selfish people will never change, they are back again with their dirty selfish tricks throwing their unwanted cats and kittens to me. This is really too much! It's good that I now have a chance to move to Kuala Lumpur. How can they just throw their unwanted pets without having any mercy towards these little helpless pets who be lost because hey were once a household pets. And on the top of them they even have the heart to leave little kittens and sometimes without their mommies. To me, these bunch of people are mean, cruel, selfish and irresponsible and need to be fined and punished accordingly. To avoid breeding the unwanted kittens, they only have to spay their pets, simple as that, but as usually they choose not to and prefer to abuse their innocent pets whenever they feel like it period! If only I have the power or the authority to take action against these bunch of abusers, you know what I'm gonna do? I would make sure that these culprits pay a very high price for their actions. I will put all of them behind bars, a place where they really deserved to dwell for treating these innocent animal so badly.

This is a special dedication to my two lovely blogger friends Marzie and LadyJava as I am quite eager to meet them in person one day. Love you guys for all your supports and as I've mentioned earlier, once everything is settled, Insha' Allah we will have a good dinner. I won't write much here as time are short and I need to continue making a lot of phone calls and organizing my first shifting before the major one, back to the capital city. I can't wait to go to KL but feel sad to leave all my cats behind first, I'll make sure there is a reliable person to take good care of them before I have my real shift. Still in process of giving away some of my rescued cats to good homes and so far two people will come this week to collect them.

Michael Bublé’s introduction to the music of the swing era came to him through his grandfather, who filled his grandson’s ears with the sounds of The Mills Brothers, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, and others. As Bublé eagerly absorbed the recordings, he began to realize that he wanted to be a singer and that this style of music, virtually foreign to his own generation, was what he wanted to perform.

With his grandfather’s assistance, Bublé soon learned a whole catalog of tunes and gained experience and exposure by singing as a guest with several local bands. While still in his teen years, he won the Canadian Youth Talent Search, released several independent albums, and performed in a musical review titled Swing that traveled across the U.S. It was not long before Bublé was introduced to Grammy-winning producer David Foster during a famous Canadian wedding of Brian Mulroney’s daughter Caroline Mulroney. He later signed his first major recording contract with Reprise Records after that encounterment.

The two Canadians began work on a debut album that would incorporate Bublé’s aptitude for pop standards into songs that spanned several decades. His self-titled debut disc was released in early 2003, and featured jazzy takes on old standards like “Fever” and “The Way You Look Tonight” as well as newer classics like “Moondance” and “How Can You Mend A Broken Heart.”

He finished off 2003 with an EP of holiday material, Let It Snow, and began 2004 with the live CD/DVD set Come Fly With Me. In 2005, It’s Time was a number one hit in Canada, Japan, Italy, and Australia, and made the top ten of both the UK and US. Later that year he released the live album Caught in the Act. More recently, Michael received a 2010 Grammy Award for ‘Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album’ for ‘Michael Buble Meets Madison Square Garden’.

Again, I would like to thank very much to the first two beautiful ladies who come to my comment box regularly like little elves and fairies always supporting me with their comments. Besides these there are one more lovely lady, Monica and three new comers Haaziq Zahar, Elaiski and Liza joining to post their comments.

As indicated in my post below I will be busy organizing my shift back to the capital city, Kuala Lumpur. Hopefully when everything is settled I will then try to publish my post(s) regularly, otherwise, I'm very sure the figures of the top commenters would be more. My apologies especially to Marzie and LadyJava for not getting any of my EC credits so far as my top commenters. When I am ready with lots of EC credits, don't you worry, I will remember your supports and will try to forward to you both whatever EC credits you both deserved for being my top commenters always. Pardon me, I must apologize especially to all my blogger friends and also to all viewers for being missing for a while on dropping ECs and not posting my Fluffy Friday and Music Monday posts as yet. Tell you the truth, I am now very busy and so occupied preparing to move back to the capital city Kuala Lumpur, since I've been offered and already got a good job there. My new boss prefers me to be in Kuala Lumpur as soon as possible but give me some times for the preparation for this move as she is aware that I am now living in Terengganu and need some times to organize myself to be there.

Therefore, time is really running short and I can't even shift all my belongings including the cats yet since I do not have a place to really bring all the stuffs. I have to go there and rent a room first, thanks God, I managed to get a room to rent first and will take with me only some very important items needed like a single bed, some pillows, blankets, some clothes, towels, my toiletries, TV, PC, LT, Microwaves, radio, some shoes and hangbags and some daily used storage items like coffee, sugar, tea, etc and not to leave them here to rot, at least I don't have to buy all these when I am back in KL.

And now I am in the midst of training a reliable person to come to this house daily to take good care of my cats, feed them, fill filter water in their drinking bowls, clean the shelter daily and do whatever else such as water the plants, sweep my front porch and at night he got to come again to switch on the light at the porsh and the light at my cat shelter and check on my cats. He is already hired and I will pay for his services beginning from June 1st even though he will only start to be trained on the 2nd.

I still need to rent this house in Marang because of my cats and the rescued cats and also I need to keep most of my belongings here as I still did not get a house or an apartment yet to really move in. On the 3rd on June, "Pejabat Haiwan" staff will come to give a second jap to all the cats at the shelter. By the way, I managed to have two good people to come and collect 3 more rescued cats sometimes next week after the injections. At the same time I am also trying to sell most of the big items like the two double beds, a sofa, my dining table, three stores, a cabinet etc in order to move light when I find a suitable place when I've started working there. So you can just imagine how occupied I am daily preparing and planning this move.

Soon I got to go to TM Point to request for them to disconnect my telephone and streamyx lines, and then I will be completely cut off and not be blogging until I am back in KL and request for my phone and streamyx lines to be installed.

I also need to call Astro to send their service man to dismantle and take down the Astro disc from the roof. I got to do a spot check to see whether this guy who is to take over to feed all the cats, clean the shelter, water the plants, etc manage to do this job to my expectation, otherwise, I still need to teach him to improve his work.

I got to pack some important items to take along with me first and book/hire a small lorry to shift preferably during the day. I need to empty my freezer and my fridge but will still keep in the fridge some bottles of filter water, jam, butter, my food supplement "intra" and some stuffs that have a long validiy period since I am planning to come back to Marang at least once in two or three time during the weekend to check on my cats and also to do what I can when I am back during this short period.

When I am there in Kuala Lumpur, then I will look around for a suitable apartment or a house and then to inform my new boss that I need a week off to come back, pack all my all belongings, clear whatever bills if still not settled and hand back the bunch of house keys to my landlord and move back for to the capital city Kuala Lumpur. In the meantime, the water and electricity will still be on because I still have my cats at the shelter and moreover all my stuffs still need packing for the real big move back to the capital city. Imagine in June 2006 I shifted here with a long trailer thinking that this is a peaceful place to live!

I didn't even have time to post FF and MM yet, I will try to post one first tonight or if I managed and not feeling sleepy then I will post both.

Horaay, I will be back to civilization for good! You can just imagine even though I will be having lots of headace with the shifting, yet deep in me there is a big sigh of relief and joy as I finally got a chance to come back in Kuala Lumpur. I am so grateful and thanks Allah the Almighty for with his grace anything is possible. It is just like miracle to me and believe it or not when fund is running low and I was dead worried how to carry on surviving with all the kitties, suddenly opportunity came knocking on my door!

Good-bye Terengganu, KL here I come and I swear I will never even again want to live in Terengganu for the rest of my life afer having encountered so many bad experiences here. Just to name a few, very frequently the people in Marang like abandoning their unwanted cats and even tiny kittens without their mothers (so mean an cruel!) and so selfishly throwing their rubbish just about anywhere they please! I do not like to live in this kind of environment and then pretend as though nothing happened!!!

I feel I ought to share the 2010 FIFA World Cup's official song for this week Music Monday. The song "This is for Africa" or also known as "Waka Waka" or "Esto Es Africa" is presented by none other than a very famous, talented & gorgeous singer who is also a sexy dancer. I am looking forward very much for the World Cup. Upon hearing this song, I am now already in the mood and developing it's fever before the big celebrations even begun! I am counting the days as they are now approaching nearer and nearer day by day. Yay! here come the World Cup again. I think I will be glued to my TV set watching most of the matches, can't wait for it to begin .....

The world is now waiting eagerly and me being a soccer fan feel that this is an appropriate song for this week to be up.

Fluffy Friday # 25 : "Anak"

Picture displayed above is picture of one of the abandoned rescued cats from Kuala Lumpur. She is "Anak" named after one of a Singaporean models I believe in the 80th. I happened to work with her sister, Mrs Carol Greenspan when I first started working with an American Russian, Mr Peter Paul Zubrisky in a book company promoting encyclopedia for grown ups and children programme for young kids. I was a so called secretary and at the same time promoting these children books (encyclopedia for children between the age of 6 months to 12 years known as "The Child's World") and made some commissions beside earning my month salary.

Just take a closer look at Anak, she has such unique and interesting colourful fur. Mind you, it was hell for me in the beginning when I took her home. She was suffering from a very bad skin diseases. Thanks to Dr. Vanaja who had the patient to cure her after my many visits to the vet.

I'm always so busy around the house especially with the rescued cats in the shelter. It is really demanding looking after them because I am the typed of person who always like to see things in order. I do not like the smell of bad odor either in the house or the shelter. Therefore, I got no choice but to clean the shelter and my front living daily and then of course with my other daily chores around the house as well. So my time is always tight and occupied.

I out 8 of my own cats and allow them to sleep in the living every night. In the morning I will vacuum and mop the front living and then spray good Glade Lemon zest or Lavender fragrance and open all windows. This will result with no cat fur or cat odor at all and my home will always smell as good as new even though I have many cats, see what I mean, that's why I am always busy. For the sake of the cats safety I let them sleep in the front living, all the rest in the shelter but one thing good about them they never mess up whatever I have in my living.

I provide them with a fountain with the sound of running water at my living and all my 8 cats love it. They even love to drink there and so I pour in filter water in the fountain and clean it once a week. Only 7 cats are in my living and one of them "Spicy" loves to sleep outside the house at my front porch. I allow him there because he prefers to be outside the house. Since he never go out from my compound to wander around at night I allow him outside. He would only cry out his meow call wanting to come in when there is heavy rain followed by thunders and lightnings.

I have another 7 of my own cats (all spayed) in the shelter, the rest are all abandoned female cats with 1 growing up male kitten, still small (not spayed). In another partition, 1 female abandoned kitten saved recently is placed in a small cage suitable for her where I need to monitor her quite often since she is so small without her mommy around. She is now becoming a happy kitten, I can see her always playing with a string I tied there. Another 3 grown up male cats are in another 3 separate cages, I took them when they were little, now they have grown bigger so I cannot mix them with other rescued female cats from Marang in the shelter. I am trying to give them away, otherwise, I need to spay them too. It is really a lot of hard work, but I managed. In the meantime, I am still voicing around to give away most of these rescued abandoned cats to good homes. I managed to give away some to good homes a few month ago. At first I plan to send them to the Shelter Home in the capital city in Kuala Lumpur but I still have no heart to do so till today because I found out that if no one come to take them home, they will be put to sleep! What a cruel world!

Michael Bolton (born Michael Bolotin on February 26, 1953), is an American singer-songwriter, best known for his soft rock ballads and tenor vocals.

His achievements include selling 53 million albums, eight top ten albums, two number one singles on the Billboard charts, and awards from both the American Music Awards and Grammy Awards.

Michael Bolton had an extensive, though not very successful, career under his real name, Michael Bolotin, before emerging in the mid-‘80s as a major soft rock balladeer. He turned up on RCA Records in the mid-‘70s singing in a gruff, Joe Cocker-like voice both his own blue-eyed soul songs and cover tunes. Neither record buyers nor critics were much interested by the result. He then became the lead singer in Blackjack, a heavy metal band that made two albums for Polydor at the end of the ’70s and the start of the ’80s. In 1983, he changed his name to Michael Bolton, signed to Columbia Records as a solo act, and relaunched his career.

Michael Bolton was released in April 1983, and made the Top 100 bestsellers, as did its single, “Fools Game.” At the same time, “How Am I Supposed to Live Without You,” which Bolton had co-written, became a Top 40 hit for Laura Branigan. Nevertheless, Bolton’s second Columbia album, Everybody’s Crazy (1985), was a commercial flop. His breakthrough came with his third album, The Hunger, released in September 1987. On this album, Bolton abandoned the more hard rock aspects of his style to concentrate on blue-eyed soul singing: both on his own songs, such as “That’s What Love Is All About,” and on covers like Otis Redding’s “(Sittin’ On) The Dock of the Bay.” Those two songs became Top 40 hits.

Soul Provider, released in July 1989, turned Bolton into a superstar, reaching the Top Ten, selling four million copies, and spawning five Top 40 singles, including Bolton’s number one version of “How Am I Supposed to Live Without You,” and the Top Ten hits “How Can We Be Lovers” and “When I’m Back on My Feet Again.” “How Am I Supposed to Live Without You” won Bolton a Grammy Award for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance. Time, Love & Tenderness, released in April 1991, was even more successful, hitting number one, selling six million copies, and featuring four Top 40 hits, including the chart-topping cover of Percy Sledge’s “When a Man Loves a Woman,” and the Top Ten hits “Love Is a Wonderful Thing” (later the subject of a successful plagiarism suit brought against Bolton by the Isley Brothers) and “Time, Love and Tenderness.”

Bolton won another Grammy Award for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance, for “When a Man Loves a Woman,” but he had to put up with abuse from two camps of detractors at the February 1992 ceremony. Just after Bolton had performed, pre-rock songwriter Irving Gordon won the Song of the Year award for “Unforgettable” and pointedly attacked songs that “scream, yell, and have a nervous breakdown” and singers who “have a hernia” when they sing. Then, backstage, Bolton faced a hostile press corps of critics unhappy with his tendency to copy great soul singers like Redding, Ray Charles, and Sledge. Bolton suggested they apply their lips to a certain part of his anatomy. He further responded with Timeless: The Classics in September 1992, an album made up entirely of cover songs. It went to number one, sold three million copies, and featured a Top 40 hit in Bolton’s version of the Bee Gees’ “To Love Somebody.” Bolton’s next album of original material, The One Thing, came in November 1993. It hit the Top Ten, sold three million copies, and featured the Top Ten hit “Said I Loved You…But I Lied.” Bolton released Greatest Hits 1985-1995 in the fall of 1995, which debuted in the Top Ten. The following year, This Is the Time: Christmas Album appeared.

Bolton returned with All That Matters, his first album of new material since 1993’s The One Thing, in the fall of 1997. Instead of continuing his success, it was a surprise flop. Not only did it not generate a hit single, it barely cracked the Top 40 and fell out of the charts after 15 weeks. Its lack of success didn’t stop Bolton from turning his attention to My Secret Passion, a collection of opera and arias that he released in January 1998. By classical standards, the album was a hit, and the record received a great deal of press and surprisingly good reviews. He supported the two albums with a summer tour which were co-headlined with Wynonna Judd. He voluntarily stepped back for almost four years, disappearing from the public eye until the spring of 2002 when he began promoting Only a Woman Like You, his first album on Jive Records. After a brief sabbatical, he returned with Til the End of Forever, a hybrid new album of seven new recordings and a live greatest-hits concert. It would be worth mentioning “Can I touch you there” proved to be one of the all time hit love songs from Micheal Bolton from the album Greatest Hits.

Fluffy Friday # 24 - Cuddly and my dearest Oscar

As promised in my previous FF post, this is picture of Cuddly, father of my dearest Oscar who died a few months back. Cuddly is so adorable and only loves his own company. It is difficult to try and take good pics of him, he cannot sit still and always like to move around which make it so difficult for me to snap pics of him. In spite of the difficulty, I managed to snap some of his pics. In this pic as you can see I was actually holding him to a get a shot of this picture and so part of my figure is visible on his chest, sorry about that.

Cuddly likes to be cuddled, and so it is the right name for him. He has nice green set eyes. He was left at my compound when he was just a tiny kitten and Oscar was his "accident baby". I knew at once that Cuddly was father because Cuddly was the only male cat not spayed mixed with the other rescued female cats in my shelter. The other two big male cats not spayed were in their cages and still in cages separately because I do not intend to breed and have more kittens. I wanted so badly to give away these not spayed male cats because it is not right for them to be put in cages. In order to spay them I have to go to Kuala Terengganu, hopefully if I have someone who can take me there, I can then spay Shimba, Ginger Bread Boy and Cuddly.

As I mentioned in my earlier post(s) all mine male and female are spayed and neutered in Kuala Lumpur before I shifted here in Marang, Terengganu. I did not expect that Cuddly grew up so fast till one day, one of the female cats which I took from the Beach House got pregnant. She gave birth to four beautiful kittens, two died when they were young, one was given away with another rescued kitten to a cat lover leaving behind Oscar. But not for long, it is quite sad that Oscar being my favourite had to go so soon. I thought I could see him grow up and curious to get to know him better. He was such a gorgeous growing up kitten with unique colour furs, very similar to White Tiger. He had big set eyes and thick and long bushy and fluffy tail, he looked so grand when we walked the floor. All those people who visited me to view all my rescued cats and kittens requested for Oscar. I did not expect Oscar to leave me so soon since he was the biggest and the strongest among the four kittens. I still miss him so much till today and each time I see his grave, it is so heart breaking!

I've been occupied doing some extra unnecessary chores around the house and outside the house lately. I missed my Music Monday post this week and this post is meant to be my Music Monday post. What to do? I was cooked up and got carried away with my chores. There were a few nights when I wanted to post it, got tired in the process and felt asleep.

I have this nature of wanting my surrounding clean, I cannot bear seeing rubbish thrown everywhere and if my cat shelter is not to my expectation. Just give you a clue here first before I elaborate further and perhaps I will write again if I feel I ought to with a few pictures taken as proofs.

There are a few things that upset me these days staying in this miserable place known as "Marang", yet I am trying my level best to be cool and calm. I find this is the most suitable song for this week entitled "Demi Matahari". This video is actually taken from the leadership and spiritual training course known as ESQ165. I think some selfish people need to be taught to respect and think of others too! I am just crying my heart out here, since when I made a complaint, they just turned on a deaf ears and no actions taken. Then it will be forgotten. Later in a different month there will be another similar gathering, the same thing will happen. This has been going on many times with paper plates and paper cups and tissues flying all over the place. The worst so far was the latest barbecue celebration after their "Mesra Raayat Meeting" with left over chicken bones all over the place.

I rather not elaborate in detail here, but I'm sure those who have followed my blog from the very beginning are already aware what I've gone through with abandoned cats and kittens at my front gates, I feel just like being made a fool for some reasons. As I mentioned earlier I might publish another similar post again with snapshots as proofs. And one thing I like to remind you people out there, "Do not judge a book by it's cover". Islam has taught us to be reasonable, good to neighbours and not hurting one another feelings. Our prophet Muhammad S.A.W was sent to this world as a good example to all human kind with his best of character. And we were also taught that half "iman" is cleanliness. Surprisingly, not many are following what was taught, dressing up the Muslim way tend to be a cover up or a trend to some which is really sad. I believe "Actions speak louder than words" Some people here have a very bad habit of throwing their rubbish just about anywhere they please behaving like uncivilized people apart from abandoning and throwing their unwanted cats and even tiny helpless kittens and at time without their mothers just about anywhere they like. I consider this animal abused and animal cruelty!

Just recently, they had a community meeting "Mesra Raayat" at a "Dewan" just near my house followed by a barbecue. The next morning I saw paper plates, paper cups, tissue papers flying all over the place and to make matter worst, there were also left over food including chicken bones thrown just about everywhere. Some of my cats brought home these left over chicken bones with big red ants all over, so poor me got no choice have to pick them all up gathered them in a plastic bag and threw them in a proper garbage bins. I believe there are still some more left over bones around!

Even the two big garbage bins from the opposite side of a very dangerous highway was rolled over by me quite sometime ago (during the early morning hour when there were less cars and heavy vehicles on the road) to the our side of the road to make it easier for us all in this area to throw our daily garbage, still some are lazy and selfish. Sometimes rubbish in plastic bags were just left beside the garbage bins on the road, since they are too lazy to open up the the cover to throw it in a proper manner and sometimes the cover were just left opened after rubbish are being thrown! My! My! tell me what to do with these bunch of inconsiderate people?! Definitely their young children will soon follow what the parents do, and I believe in a matter of time they too will have this bad habit and this will go on with their grand children too, if they still stick around in the same place with their parents and grand parents and not move out somewhere else when they get bigger. Shame, shame on them!

It's a heartache for me here. I just cannot pretend and make believe that I am alright when in the actual fact I am not, can I? There should be justice, right???

Fluffy Friday # 23 - Ginger Bread Boy & Simba the Lion

Hello Marzie, all members and viewers,

This is one of my rescued male cats. I named him Ginger Bread Boy because he always like to run out when least expected when I carelessly opened his cage sometimes but never failed to return when he gets hungry. He was abandoned just opposite my house in front of "Santan Segar - a sundry shop" when he was a little kitten and the shop owner's mother-in-law took him as pet. But later on this new owner left him wandering around and I guess she never really took good care of him till he came visiting me for food. Perhaps, he was not given enough food always. He kept on coming and then just refused to return to his new owner's home. I sent him back several times but he just kept on coming back to me, so what do I do then? I don't think I have the heart to chase him out when he joined my other kitties eating. I let him stay and named him Ginger Bread Boy hoping to give him away to good home one day. He is so tame and not afraid of people around him. Even though I have grown to love him a lot and if I find anybody capable who would like to take him home, I will definitely give him away without hesitation since as planned earlier I will try my best to give away as many rescued cats as possible, so as to have lesser cats and it will be easier for me to manage my daily task with the shelter.

This is another handsome ginger cat found abandoned at the beach of Angullia Beach House Resort. He was just a tiny kitten lost and alone without a mother and was crying non-stop. At first I hesitate to take him back, imagine, I was there to enjoy the beautiful blue sea with the sound of the waves, yet again I was troubled with an abandoned kitten. I named him Simba and he has grown into a very good looking cat. It is sad that Simba does not like people around him and prefers only me, so what am I to do now?

I have two more rescued male cats, one more ginger kitten and another one is a growing up cat I called Cuddly. Will put up their pics in another Fluffy Friday post.

One thing I like about Eminem is he is not afraid to disclose the truth of what he is going through in life. He was going through many tough period in life and turned it into success instead when he make it big with his music and songs. I believe all his songs are based on his life experiences through good and bad time.

Biography

Marshall Bruce Mathers III (known by his primary stage name “Eminem”, or by his alter ego “Slim Shady”), is a multi-platinum rapper, record producer and actor. Eminem quickly gained popularity in 1999 with his major-label debut album The Slim Shady LP, which won a Grammy Award for Best Rap Album. The following album, The Marshall Mathers LP, became the fastest-selling hip hop album in history. It brought Eminem increased popularity, including his own record label, Shady Records, and brought his group project D12 to mainstream recognition.D12 was formed before Eminem achieved solo success but many critics think that Eminem was the lead singer of the band D12 inspiring the song My Band.

The Marshall Mathers LP and his third album, The Eminem Show also won Grammy Awards, making Eminem the first artist to win Best Rap Album for three consecutive LP’s. In 2002, he won the Academy Award for Best Original Song for Lose Yourself from the film 8 Mile, in which he also played the lead. I would like to thank very much to the first two beautiful ladies who come to my comment box regularly like little elves always supporting me with their comments. Besides these two regular lovely ladies, Monica and David Funk were here too as first and second commenters in April.

I did not publish my post(s) regularly, otherwise, I'm very sure the figures of the top commenters would be more. I am trying my level best to do what I possibly can and hopefully very soon I will be able to publish more posts and I myself visiting and leaving my comments on many more blogs. Due to limited time always attending to my cat shelter taking care of 28 cats and now another new comer a little kitten, which is really quite a demanding process daily I am still left behind with my EC drops etc. My apologies especially to Marzie and LadyJava for not getting any of my EC credits so far as my top commenters. When I am ready with lots of EC credits, don't you worry, I will remember your supports and will try to forward to you both whatever EC credits you both deserved for being my top commenters always. But first, I must find time to drop more ECs.

Fluffy Friday # 21 - Teddy & Tiny

Hello Marzie, all Members and viewers,

"HAPPY FLUFFY FRIDAY"

I guess it is not a Happy Fluffy Friday after all since Teddy just left me last Thursday after about three weeks of battling with her sickness. May Teddy rests in peace. What I regret the most till today is I still do not know what was going on with Teddy, those from Pejabat Haiwan told me that Teddy was dehydrated and nothing wrong with her. By right she was supposed to be put on drip, but they did not do so. I have to feed her daily with soft food, liquid Vit. and considerable amount of water with added Glucolin.

I was planning to publish the Fluffy Friday post on Friday but still it did not happen on time. On Friday morning at 9.00 am to 11.00 am I have to teach 6 young students coming over for their weekly tuition. At 12.00 pm to 2.00 pm my nephew's wife sent their two kids and another nephew's little girl coming over for their weekly tuition too.

There is also a new comer, a little kitten whom I accidentally found in Marang new market place. She is just hardly a month' old and yet her mother was not around. I found her crying non-stop. lost, frightened and hungry. I have already promised myself not to bring in anymore cats at my shelter due to lack of man power as I have to do everything by myself and I need a break! Moreover, I am living on my saving these days, and at the moment I only have 9 students taking tuition from me. It is really not much to survive, I am still trying to get more students to join my class. In the meantime, I still voice around that I need a job in Kuala Lumpur. If I get a job in KL, then only I will be shifting back. Imagine, at the moment I am having 28 cats and 1 kitten to feed. Recently, I have given away one rescued cat with her two growing up kittens. Earlier than this, I have given away 2 kittens and 2 adults cats. I am still voicing around to give away those rescued abandoned cats/kittens since my main intention is not to keep them, I rescued them when they needed to be rescued badly!

How can ones simply ignore seeing such tiny helpless kitten crawling helplessly, lost, frightened and hungry. I really wonder who could this mean culprit be?! Does he or she has a clear conscience and a heart? I guess this person's heart is as cold as ice?! Who in the state of mind would want to do such an awful cruel thing.

To certain people I believe it would be a problem when their female cats give birth, so an easy way out is just to abandon the kittens and sometimes together with the mother cats, who cares what's going to happen anyway, to these group of people, the kitten mean nothing, so I supposed their intention is to just leave it to die. Tell me how can a tiny kitten survive in a market place? They are treating their animal they called pets like pests when they don't like them, that much I know. All these kittens need the warm and heat from their mothers' bodies and they rely on their mothers' milk. I am really speechless! Oh my God, this is such a cruel world!

I was there at the market place to buy some vegetables and fruits, I ended up just buying whatever I could picked up since I lost my concentration of my actual intention already after hearing the non-stop cries from this poor innocent helpless little thing. It really pissed me off, if only I knew who the culprit was, I would definitely confronted him/her and put them to shame! If they are really God fearing, this wouldn't had happened! The solution is in fact really simple, but for many pet owners, either they are ignorant or just simply not responsible. The answer is truly simple, all they need to do is just spay all their cats, both male and female, simple as that, but they simply choose not to and couldn't care less whether these animal suffer or die of suffering! Please have mercy on these tiny little kitties, they are alive and will definitely feel pain and get hungry and thirsty if left abandoned!

So after going through this awful and rather sad story above, I feel I ought to make everybody smile before they leave my blog. Music Monday: Linkin Park with Numb

My computer is OUT again! Luckily I have a backup and that is my laptop, otherwise, I will be screaming over here with no communication with the world. I realized that I cannot live without computer or laptop these days. I have become so attached to it already!

I am in my comfortable room now having a little picnic by myself with a big mug of my favourite coffee and a chocolate bar trying to cool me down and to create a good atmosphere bringing back all my good energies. Last week was a bad week for me. Beside Teddy still not recovered from her sickness, I almost had a fatal accident myself in my own kitchen when the poisonous gas gushed out from the loosen hose behind my stove. I believe I have inhaled the poisonous gas and was not feeling good for a few days. Luckily it happened while I was cleaning and wiping the stove which in fact, really was a blessing. If it happened while I was cooking with the fire lighted up, then I think it would explode and the house burned down together with me! Even in a stage of panic, I acted fast and immediately shut off the gas from flowing and opened the kitchen windows. After that incident I am now becoming phobia with the gas stove even though it is already fixed and guaranteed saved. I do not trust gas stove anymore. I am considering of checking around for a safer cooker, perhaps an electrical stove instead. I have an Intouch digital cooker but I can only use Reno ware and not any other utensils for cooking. Luckily I have Reno ware but you know I love to cook with wok and sometimes using other utensils too.

There are a few other unpleasant surprises too. Someone has been spreading a rumour around in my previous working place at Universiti Tuanku Abdul Rahman saying that I am suffering from cancer and very sick these days. On the top of that one of my neighbours, a middle age woman whom I used to help her a lots, so ungrateful instead and now is trying to sabotage me. I am not going to elaborate more here in this MM post If I feel like sharing the story, then it would be in a different post.

I was not myself lately and had no mood of doing anything, apart from the terrible shock with the gas stove, there are nasty people trying to play with my emotion! I am stunned. Where is the love which we should have for one another?

So for this week Music Monday I managed to add in a song with the appropriate lyrics which I find it quite suitable for this post. Enjoy it, the song is quite good by the way.

This is one of my favourite cats, BlueBerry @ Blue Boy. Some of you may have seen pic. of BlueBerry Aka Blue Boy in Fluffy Friday # 4, but I like to post here again another of his handsome pic. Just look at his big blue eyes, they are like doll eyes. By the way, I forgot to mention about his lip in the previous post. I smile when I look at his lip, even though he is a male cat, it is surprisingly to see his lip is pink in colour. BlueBerry is a handsome male cat, his looks are the combinations of his late mum and dad. Even though his dad belong to another owner, I used to see him passing by my gate checking on BlueBerry's mum, Kitty Litty during my stay in the capital city Kuala Lumpur. I hope looking at his pic will make my day and yours too. I am still struggling to help Teddy to recover from her illness and I myself have sprained my left arm and not feeling good. Hope I will recover fully soon too!

I sprained my left arm after stacking 11 bags of cat food in order to stock them in a proper place recently. Imagine, each bag weigh about 15 kg, I have no choice but to carry one bag after another myself to put them in a big cage and covered them with cut boxes so that they will not be spoilt or damaged. Normally the delivery men did this, but this time they gave me the excuse, it seems that they were in a hurry then and have to rush for other deliveries as it was already late. So my left arm is still in pain and I am applying soothing goat milk cream for remedy.

All my cats and the rescued cats are doing fine, except that one of my female cats, Teddy is sick. I took her to Pejabat Haiwan last week but till today she is still not getting better. Everyday I have to give her anti-biotic and have to feed her with cat food and water. First, I have to soak the cat food in water to make them soft and this will be easier for her to digest. I added Glucolin in her drinking water to give her strength and energy because she is quite weak.

I am taking her to "Pejabat Haiwan" again this afternoon to check for another round as to why she is still not getting better. But sad indeed the truth is the Doctors in Kuala Lumpur are more qualified than the Doctors here in "Pejabat Haiwan" I think. Pray that Teddy will recover soon because I hate to see her suffers. Got to rush now, perhaps, will come back later to edit or include pic/photo of one of my fluffy cats.

Music Monday: Don't Forget My Number by Milli Vanilli

Remember last week I mentioned that I had a tough time choosing between Terence Trent D'Arby and Milli Vanilli's videos to post for my Music Monday. So as eager as before, here for this week, I am now featuring Milli Vanilli's once very famous beautiful song entitled "Don't Forget My Number" for your listening pleasure for this week Music Monday.

Although finally it became a big controversy due to their lips synced, somehow Milli Vanilli's fans around the world still love and support them and you can take me as one of them. I found out that the actual fact is that they were not given a chance to sing themselves, they were only 18 years of age when they signed the contracts and were fooled by this greedy producer who used them because they were good looking models and were excellent dancers and performers. They actually did not read the contract and signed it without a lawyer or even a Manager around. Moreover the contracts were written in German language.

One day when they were found out that they were not the actual singers, they were humiliated so badly especially when the Awards won were stripped off from them. Poor Rob could not take it anymore till he took his own life, it was indeed a big price to pay that cost Rob's life! You can read more about them in their biography below, so in the meantime, I hope you are entertained with this song accompanied by their great performance. I find them to be such great entertainers and still like them! They have stolen the hearts of billions of people around the world !

I was also taken by surprise while checking through some videos to find that Fab Morvan has a good voice and he actually can sing. I will also include a video of Fab Morvan singing with his actual voice and then you can judge for yourself whether he can sing or not. It is such a sad and tragic ending when Rob took his own life.

Milli Vanilli was a pop vocal group that formed in Germany in 1988. The face of the band was composed of models Fab Morvan and Rob Pilatus, whom producer Frank Farian had chosen because he felt the real singers were unmarketable. The duo only appeared on the album cover, and lip-synced to pre-recorded studio singers in music videos and in concert.

In 1990, they were awarded the Grammy Award for Best New Artist, but later became the only act in history to have their Grammy stripped from them when it was revealed that they had not been involved in the creation of their breakthrough album, Girl You Know It’s True.

In 1998, Rob Pilatus was found dead in a hotel near Frankfurt.

German record producer Frank Farian sits in his cluttered office near Frankfurt, Germany, mulling the Great Milli Vanilli Caper. It was Farian, 49, who produced the group’s Grammy-earning album, Girl You Know It’s True, then signed dancers Robert Pilatus and Fabrice Morvan to lip-sync the vocals for the LP’s videos. And it was Farian—judging by what his producer is saying now—who witnessed some of the most bizarre moments his fake-singer scam inspired.

Take that day in October when Pilatus, his ego inflated by the album’s success, called to ask for a remix on an upcoming single. “He said, ‘Make my voice louder,’” recalls Farian, “which was funny, when you think of it now, because it wasn’t his voice.”

Soon after, of course, Pilatus and Morvan were exposed as fakes and sent packing off to Palookaville. And now? Why, it’s the real Millis stepping forth to get their due. Brad Howell, 46, and John Davis, 39, the expatriate Americans who were the principal vocalists on that original 10 million-selling LP, are about to appear (on disc and video) as singers in a new-and-for-real Milli Vanilli. This time they’re teaming with Gina Mohammed, an 18-year-old daughter of Americans living in Germany; Icy Bro (real name Leonard Slater), a 20ish rapping GI stationed in Frankfurt; and Ray Horton, 25, another expatriate rock und roller. The album of newly written, ‘60s-influenced soul music—titled, appropriately, Moment of Truth—arrives this month and has already attracted almost 3 million advance orders, boasts Farian, who is again the producer.

For Howell and Davis, such high visibility might seem strange indeed. Howell came to Germany in 1966 as a drummer with Wilson Pickett’s band, decided to stay and now lives in Offenbach. Having collaborated with Farian for more than a decade as vocalist, percussionist and songwriter (he wrote four of the tunes on Girl You Know It’s True), he is a longtime studio player and admits his middle-aged spread would limit MTV appeal. The idea of stand-ins like Pilatus and Morvan lip-syncing to his voice on videos didn’t seem all that unusual. “I thought, why not let the young boys please the young people?” Howell says.

Davis, who is married to a German and has two children, was originally stationed in Germany with the Army in the 1970s. A bassist, guitarist and singer, he is another veteran studio man accustomed to his role. “You get used to it, ” he says. “You’d see this guy playing the bass on TV and then realize it’s not him playing, but you.”

The ploy is an old favorite of Farian’s, who is a former chef, singer and disco manager. Born Franz Reuther in Kirn, Germany, he produced a 1976 disco hit titled “Daddy Cool,” in which a dancer lip-synced on TV to Farian’s vocals. “The practice of borrowing voices has a long history,” he says unashamedly. “There are plenty of singers who can sing as well as Prince, but no one looks as good as Prince. That’s the problem. Without TV, without videos and MTV, you cannot do business.

Even so, Farian contends that it was Pilatus and Morvan who first approached him looking for work as song-and-dance surrogates. “They told me if I had good music to perform, they were there,” he says. “They had made the same offer to someone else only six months before.”

With Pilatus and Morvan signed, Farian then completed taping the LP’s vocals under security as tight as a NATO spy maneuver. Howell and Davis were allowed in and out of the recording studio only under cover of darkness, and they each recorded separately, unaware of the other’s role. Even Gina Mohammed, who recorded backup vocals on weekends, ended up believing that Pilatus and Morvan were actually the stars. She later appeared on a German TV show with the pair and says that even “when I watched them getting the Grammy, I still thought they were the real Milli Vanilli.”

Meanwhile, Pilatus and Morvan were kept just as much in the dark. Although they had met Howell in the studio once, neither had ever met Davis. The latter recalls being in Munich one day last year when the pair were busily autographing photos for fans. Davis puckishly requested one and says that Pilatus, when he handed it over, “did not know my face. I wasn’t hurt. It was very funny.”

But the joke had worn thin by last year’s Grammy Awards when Pilatus and Morvan, who owed so much to so many, thanked no one at all. “If you have any kind of respect for people and their feelings,” says Davis, who watched the broadcast from his apartment in Nuremberg, “and you know other people are making you rich and they are not getting so rich like you, you can at least say thank you.” Howell concurs. “They didn’t have to mention names,” he says, “just the people behind the scenes.”

Even more upsetting was the faux Millis’ decision to begin a 108-city tour last March. “I sent them a telegram forbidding them to do it,” says Farian, “because I know they wouldn’t be able to last.”

For his part, Davis now ways he may sue the pair for lost income. “They were allowed to use our voices on the record, but not on the tour,” he snaps. “Here I am with a wife and two kids, and they’re tearing up hotels at the cost of thousands of dollars.”

Farian believes the grand illusion failed because “the success was too big. The situation became monstrous…[Pilatus and Morvan] wanted to sing on the second album. Their voices aren’t that good. I couldn’t fulfill that condition.” In November, after learning about an upcoming book on the pair, Farian finally stepped forward and revealed all. “I’m relieved that the truth has come out,” says the belatedly contrite producer. “It was a crazy idea, and I’m not going to do it again.”

The fact is, of course, he may not have a choice—at least this time. The real Millis, with fame finally in their grasp and plans for a U.S. tour in the works, insist they’ll hold him to his vow. “The dancers are gone,” proclaims Howell. “Here come the singers.”

Fluffy Friday # 19: Teddy

Even though it is rather late for Fluffy Friday post, I feel that I still ought to publish it since I have saved the code at my Dashboard. My days have been really hectic! Forgive me Marzie for this.

It's Teddy's turn to be displayed to the world for this week Fluffy Friday. Teddy is the sister to BlueBerry, Little Princes, Tabby, Leo, Garfield @ Rusty and Stevie and all are from the same mommy, the late Kitty Litty.

There was another Teddy, a bigger sister who went missing and never returned when I was staying in the capital city. Both look very much alike just like twin even though they were born in a different year. Teddy is named after her missing sister as a sweet remembrance of the missing big sister.

Their fur are in multi colour and if you have a chance to touch Teddy's fur, you will be surprised as it is so soft and smooth.

Teddy is having a fever and refused to eat since yesterday. So I am feeding her myself and in order to make it easier for her to digest the food, I first have to soak it with water and I will only feed her when the food are really soft, There are some good tips which I learned and picked up from a professional Dr. who is also a friend. If a cat is having a fever, it is good to give your cat(s) cold water from the fidge. And if your cats have upset stomach, you can give them Natural Yogurts and if your cat is weak, it is advisable to add at least a teaspoon of Glugolin in the drinking water for the energy. But of course we still have to bring them to the vet for professional check up and treatment.

After feeding Teddy I gave her an anti-biotic and the liquid vitamin. Since Teddy is sick, I got to monitor her very closely. I placed her in a medium sized cage separated from other cats. If she is not getting any better by tomorrow, I got to bring her to "Pejabat Haiwan" Marang. I hope Teddy will recover and get well soon.

I had quite a tough time selecting and choosing a video between Terence Trent D'Arby and Milli Vanilli for this week Music Monday as I love both their videos. I am trying to travel back into time with this song to the good old 80Th where I must admit here that it was the best period of my life. I was young and the music and songs were great during those days. The music and songs of today can never beat or challenge the 80Th. I want back the 80Th!

In this video, there are several other great songs that follow and another favourites of mine are "Wishing Well", "Sign Your Name Across My Heart" and "Delicate". In the song "Delicate" you will find Trent D'Arby duet with Des'ree, such a beautiful combination!

Biography:

A graduate of DeLand High School, Terence Trent Howard was born in Manhattan, New York and joined the army after leaving college, serving in Elvis Presley’s old regiment in Germany. He was formally discharged by the army in 1983 after going absent without leave. While in Germany, he also worked with the band The Touch , releasing an album of material called Love On Time (1984). It was later re-issued in 1989 as Early Works after D’Arby’s world-wide success as a solo artist. In 1986 he left Germany for London, where he briefly joined the band The Bojangels, after which he gained a recording deal.

His debut solo album, Introducing the Hardline According to Terence Trent D’Arby, released in 1987, is his best-known and, in commercial terms, most successful work. The album, which produced such hits as “If You Let Me Stay” “Wishing Well” “Dance Little Sister” and “Sign Your Name” sold over a million copies in the first three days of its release, and its sales currently total over 12 million. The album also earned D’Arby a Grammy Award in March 1988 in the category Best R&B Vocal Performance, Male. In that same year, D’Arby earned three Soul Train Award nominations for Male Album of the Year (Introducing the Hardline According to Terence Trent D’Arby), Male Single of the Year (Wishing Well), and Best New Artist.

D’Arby’s follow-up was the somewhat more experimental and serious Neither Fish Nor Flesh: A Soundtrack of Love, Faith, Hope & Destruction (1989). It gathered generally hostile reviews from the critics, and was not commercially as successful as its predecessor. Nevertheless, it sold over 2 millions copies.

It took four more years and a move to Los Angeles until his next project, Symphony or Damn: Exploring the Tension Inside the Sweetness (1993) was released. The record touched many of the issues that had been raised also in Neither Fish Nor Flesh, but was musically more straightforward and rocky than its predecessors. It gathered favourable reviews and gained much airplay in major music stations.

In 1995 D’Arby released Vibrator, which largely followed Symphony or Damn in its musical direction. Also it was well received, but like the previous album, failed to reinstate the artist back to the public status that he had enjoyed at the time of his first release.

During the 1990s the relations between the artist and his record label Columbia Records had became strained, eventually leading to the artist’s departure in 1996. This was followed by a four-year spell in Java Records, during which he recorded Terence Trent D’Arby’s Solar Return, which however was not released. In 2000, he bought the rights to his unreleased album, and left the record company as well as his then-management-team Lippman Entertainment.

In 1999, D’Arby was briefly hired by INXS to replace his friend, late vocalist Michael Hutchence, so the band could play at the opening of facilities for the Sydney Olympics.

Following a series of dreams, the artist adopted the name Sananda Maitreya. His name was legally changed to that on October 4, 2001.

2001 also saw Maitreya moving back to Europe and Germany, as he resettled in Munich and started his own independent record label, Treehouse Pub. The year also marked his first album release in six years, as the unreleased Terence Trent D’Arby’s Solar Return was revamped into Wildcard. The album, which received a warm critical welcome, was at first available for free through his website, and later gained also a commercial release through a one-album distribution deal with Universal Music.

In 2002 Maitreya moved to Milan, Italy, and began working on his next project, Angels & Vampires - Volume I. Rough demo versions of the songs were initially released through Weedshare, allowing the fans to get a glimpse of the work as it evolved. In July 29, 2005, the fully mastered album was finally released through his webshop utilizing the mp3 format.

In July 2005 Maitreya started working on Angels & Vampires - Volume II, he released chapter after chapter online as soon he finished recording the songs. On April 29, 2006 he released the fully finished and mastered album in his webshop.

In 2006 Maitreya released Angels & Vampires - Volume II and started again touring at the Blue Note Milano, with 2 awesome concerts on Nov 15th and nov 16th 2006 :

Film career :
Maitreya has appeared in two films, as well the TV series Shake, Rattle And Roll where he played the part of Jackie Wilson. His music has also been included on several movie soundtracks, most notably as the theme song of 1991’s Frankie and Johnny.

Names :
Sananda Maitreya was born as Terence Trent Howard. His stage name, Terence Trent D’Arby, came from taking his adoptive father’s, James Benjamin Darby’s, family name, and including an apostrophe. The name Sananda Maitreya, on the other hand, purportedly came to the artist in a series of dreams, after which he considered it to reflect his present self better than his stage name. Said Maitreya: “After intense pain I meditated for a new spirit, a new will, a new identity.” Now Sananda Maitreya is his new artist name.

Fluffy Friday # 18 - Spicy

Hello Marzie, all members and viewers

This is Spicy, Nina Coco's brother. Spicy has two eldest brother, Panda and Ginger Boy and three younger sisters, Nina Coco, Brownie and Simba. Panda the eldest brother died in Terengganu (I have his pic.) Ginger Boy was my long time favourite beside Nina Coco, he died of kidney failure in Kuala Lumpur in 2005. Brownie and Simba died when they were about a few months old. Unfortunately, I do not have pics of them, regretted very much for not having pics of them, especially my long time favourite Ginger Boy. Ginger was big in size and looked similar to Garfield @ Rusty, FF # 11 but with very long tail.

Spicy is not handsome, he looks like a normal local cat, but if given a choice to choose with others, Spicy will be my top 10 cat since he is my own cat and I will never give him away, I think he will be disorientate and lost because he is quite attached to me.

April Fool and the history behind it

Mostly everyone loves a good practical joke on April Fool's Day .. but where and when did the tradition start?

Pranksters of the world unite on April Fool's Day! While the exact origins of this mischievous holiday are unknown, many believe it all started in France with the switch from the Julian to the Gregorian calendar in the 1500s.

April 1st had traditionally been the first day of the new year, and since communication was not what it is today, pranksters would play practical jokes on those not in the know about the date change.

A common practice at the time was placing dead fish on the back of a victim's shirt and shouting "poisson d'avril!" (April fish). While open to debate, it is believed by some that this practice arose from April's proximity in the zodiac to fishy Pisces.

April Fool's Day sometimes called All Fools' Day, is one of the most light-hearted days of the year. Its origins are uncertain. Some see it as a celebration related to the turn of the seasons, while others believe it stems from the adoption of a new calendar.

New Year's Day Moves
Ancient cultures, including those of the Romans and Hindus, celebrated New Year's Day on or around April 1st. It closely follows the vernal equinox (March 20th or March 21st.) In medieval times, much of Europe celebrated March 25, the Feast of Annunciation, as the beginning of the new year.

In 1582, Pope Gregory XIII ordered a new calendar (the Gregorian Calendar) to replace the old Julian Calendar. The new calendar called for New Year's Day to be celebrated Jan. 1st. That year, France adopted the reformed calendar and shifted New Year's day to Jan.1st. According to a popular explanation, many people either refused to accept the new date, or did not learn about it, and continued to celebrate New Year's Day on April 1st. Other people began to make fun of these traditionalists, sending them on "fool's errands" or trying to trick them into believing something false. Eventually, the practice spread throughout Europe.

Problems With This Explanation
There are at least two difficulties with this explanation. The first is that it doesn't fully account for the spread of April Fools' Day to other European countries. The Gregorian calendar was not adopted by England until 1752, for example, but April Fools' Day was already well established there by that point. The second is that we have no direct historical evidence for this explanation, only conjecture, and that conjecture appears to have been made more recently.

Constantine and Kugel
Another explanation of the origins of April Fools' Day was provided by Joseph Boskin, a professor of history at Boston University. He explained that the practice began during the reign of Constantine, when a group of court jesters and fools told the Roman emperor that they could do a better job of running the empire. Constantine, amused, allowed a jester named Kugel to be king for one day. Kugel passed an edict calling for absurdity on that day, and the custom became an annual event.

"In a way," explained Prof. Boskin, "it was a very serious day. In those times fools were really wise men. It was the role of jesters to put things in perspective with humor."

This explanation was brought to the public's attention in an Associated Press article printed by many newspapers in 1983. There was only one catch: Boskin made the whole thing up. It took a couple of weeks for the AP to realize that they'd been victims of an April Fools' joke themselves.

Spring Fever
It is worth nothing that many different cultures have had days of foolishness around the start of April, give or take a couple of weeks. The Romans had a festival named Hilaria on March 25th, rejoicing in the resurrection of Attis. The Hindu calendar has Holi, and the Jewish calendar has Purim. Perhaps there's something about the time of year, with its turn from winter to spring, that lends itself to lighthearted celebrations.

Observances Around the World
April Fools' Day is observed throughout the Western world. Practices include sending someone on a "fool's errand," looking for things that don't exist; playing pranks; and trying to get people to believe ridiculous things.

The French call April 1st Poisson d'Avril, or "April Fish." French children sometimes tape a picture of a fish on the back of their schoolmates, crying "Poisson d'Avril" when the prank is discovered.

As we are all aware, today it is April Fool's Day. I used to be very excited during those days on April Fool's day. I would played all sorts of tricks to my friends and office colleagues for the fun of it to make all of us laugh. I still remember back in school where a mischievous friend pinned up a piece of paper behind another friend's school uniform written in big alphabets "Do what you with me" and below it "April Fool!" But I do not find that was funny at all because it would in a way hurt the poor girl's feeling. I prefer to play different kind of tricks like for example, I would give a friend a nice looking package all wrapped up with colourful ribbons and everything just like a beautiful gift and when opened only to find out a piece of paper written in big alphabets "APRIL FOOL!". This will not hurt anybody, instead they will laugh to be caught in such a situation.

"HAPPY MUSIC MONDAY"

This week Music Monday post is gonna be a tribute to my beloved cat Shasha. I posted an article about her in my recent Fluffy Friday post which made me feel sad for quite a while. So in order to create a cheerful mood, I am posting a very funny musical video. Life got to go on and we cannot just get carried away with too much sorrow and sadness in our life. We ought to have it balanced and put aside all our sorrows and sadness and move on with life.

You will be very surprised to see something rather different from my usual Music Monday. I have chosen a few good videos, two from Terence Trent D'Arby and three from Milli Vanilli and to select one out of these to post, instead the last minute decision I have chosen this cute penguin doing his funny and yet very entertaining dance followed by a beautiful rap song. I really like it upon viewing it for the first time seeing hot penguin doing the dance so smooth and entertaining yet so cute and funny. I am sure this video will put a smile on your face too, right? I posted it to my little nieces and nephews at facebook earlier to test their reaction and received feedback with comments that they like it very much!

I can imagine the big smile on Marzie's and LadyJava's face when they see this video! I mentioned both their names here because I am very sure they will be the first and second to come in and comment. Marzie, enjoy it and please show it to B too and I know for sure he will be smiling as well. LadyJava, please share this with your Azwaj too I would like you guys to smile continuously. Beside smiling, I can't help myself from laughing here too, hehehe...

Happiness is contagious, so I like to spread happiness to the world now. In life, there are sadness, there are struggles and pains and there are happiness too, so we must know how not to get carried away so much with sorrow which we have experienced, we got to be strong to carry on with our life it is good to be cheerful instead. I'm sure Shasha would like me to be strong and happy in order to take care of all the other cats/kittens while I still can.

While in the process of publishing this post, I am having a picnic here all by myself with a big mug of Vanilla ice cream and the cone decorated on the top to make my day. I have already enjoyed my "Nasi Lemak" earlier during breakfast. Therefore no lunch for me because it was rather heavy.

Fluffy Friday # 17: Shasha

Hello Marzie, all members and viewers,

"HAPPY FLUFFY FRIDAY"

Same goes with me Marzie, imagine yesterday was Friday and I was teaching a few local students in the morning from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. and pretty well knew that it was Friday yet has forgotten totally about Fluffy Friday. Please excuse me!

For the past two weeks, I haven't been posting Fluffy Friday, and I thought, oh no! this cannot be right. In fact, I should publish FF post every week without fail since my main purpose creating this blog is to write about my cats and some rescued cats/kittens.

I was just thinking of beautiful and adorable Shasha. Shasha who is no longer around with us today and I do miss her a lots and regretted very much of what had happened to her. It is such a sad tragic story which had fallen to poor Shasha. I really cannot erase her from my mind completely. If you look at this pic closely, you will realize that she is a unique cat with such beautiful mixed colour fur.

In February 2008, just before Valentine day, Shasha went missing. I took her out of the shelter to try to get her smell the grass and be around with my other cats outside at the porch, trying to train them to be out of the shelter during the day and back to the shelter at night, since all mine are spayed leaving those rescued Terengganu cats/kittens behind closed door and the three male cats in cages because they are all not spayed yet.

I have written about Shasha on the misfortune that took place which took her life in my earlier post. I will try to check on it to include the URL of that post here for you to read further.

Sadly, she met with a very bad accident across the road and died. I will always cherish all the good moments with her as she was one of my favourite female cats. Till today, no cat can replace Shasha's grace, she was so feminine and her beauty was so extra-ordinary. My love for her was really special. Shasha will always has a special place in my heart and never be forgotten ever. I am still missing her so much, so in order to calm myself down when thinking of her, I would just assure myself not to forget and carry on cherish the wonderful time and moment with my darlin' Shasha when she was around.

Music Monday: Let's Groove by Earth, Wind and Fire

Again, for this week, I feel like sharing a beautiful music and song that will make everyone feel like dancing. This is an old favourite and when listening to it will make me feel soooo good. It is such fun song!

It brings me back to the good old days and when I hear it now I remember some good cheerful old friends namely Maggie, Susan Lancaster, Tiara and the rest of their good friends. We used to jam up at a place known as "Where else" and I still remember the handsome and talented DJ, Rodney Fernandez who always like to tune on this song plus several other good selections and his favourite number entitled "Just an Illusion"

I am so excited to join this contest since of late I haven't been very active online with the EC dropping. Firstly, my computer was sent for repair, got it back but I am still having some problems with it off and on which mean the programmer has to come back to look into it again. Luckily, I have my Laptop, otherwise, I will be cut off from blogging for a while and I'm sure I will be screaming here if I cannot access to my computer or my Laptop for even a day! I must admit here that I really cannot live without any of them, it is now part of my life and a best friend especially now I am living in a place similar to Timbaktu. Normally when I do my EC drop, I will switch on both my computer and my Laptop to do the dropping simultaneously.

I've just received an interesting articles from a good friend of mine and wish to share it with all. This is something for us to take note and ponder in our everyday life. Hope it is informative and it gives us some tips on "Cinnamon and Honey". I believe good health is good wealth and to have good energy is sexy!

Cinnamon and Honey
Honey is the only food on the planet that will not spoil or rot. It will do what some call turning to sugar. In reality honey is always honey.. However, when left in a cool dark place for a long time it will do what I rather call "crystallizing" . When this happens I loosen the lid, boil some water, and sit the honey container in the hot water, turn off the heat and let it liquefy. It is then as good as it ever was. Never boil honey or put it in a microwave. To do so will kill the enzymes in the honey.

Cinnamon and Honey
Bet the drug companies won't like this one getting around. Facts on Honey and Cinnamon: It is found that a mixture of honey and Cinnamon cures most diseases. Honey is produced in most of the countries of the world. Scientists of today also accept honey as a 'Ram Ban' (very effective) medicine for all kinds of diseases. Honey can be used without any side effects for any kind of diseases.

Today's science says that even though honey is sweet, if taken in the right dosage as a medicine, it does not harm diabetic patients. Weekly World News, a magazine in Canada , in its issue dated 17 January,1995 has given the following list of diseases that can be cured by honey and cinnamon as researched by western scientists:

HEART DISEASES:
Make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder, apply on bread, instead of jelly and jam, and eat it regularly for breakfast. It reduces the cholesterol in the arteries and saves the patient from heart attack. Also, those who have already had an attack, if they do this process daily, they are kept miles away from the next attack. Regular use of the above process relieves loss of breath and strengthens the heart beat. In America and Canada , various nursing homes have treated patients successfully and have found that as you age, the arteries and veins lose their flexibility and get clogged; honey and cinnamon revitalize the arteries and veins.

ARTHRITIS:
Arthritis patients may take daily, morning and night, one cup of hot water with two spoons of honey and one small teaspoon of cinnamon powder. If taken regularly even chronic arthritis can be cured. In a recent research conducted at the Copenhagen University, it was found that when the doctors treated their patients with a mixture of one tablespoon Honey and half teaspoon Cinnamon powder before breakfast, they found that within a week, out of the 200 people so treated, practically 73 patients were totally relieved of pain, and within a month, mostly all the patients who could not walk or move around because of arthritis started walking without pain.

BLADDER INFECTIONS:
Take two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and one teaspoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it. It destroys the germs in the bladder.

CHOLESTEROL:
Two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of Cinnamon Powder mixed in 16 ounces of tea water, given to a cholesterol patient, was found to reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10 percent within two hours. As mentioned for arthritic patients, if taken three times a day, any chronic cholesterol is cured. According to information received in the said Journal, pure honey taken with food daily relieves complaints of cholesterol.

COLDS:
Those suffering from common or severe colds should take one tablespoon lukewarm honey with 1/4 spoon cinnamon powder daily for three days. This process will cure most chronic cough, cold, and clear the sinuses.

UPSET STOMACH:
Honey taken with cinnamon powder cures stomach ache and also clears stomach ulcers from the root.

GAS:
According to the studies done in India and Japan , it is revealed that if Honey is taken with cinnamon powder the stomach is relieved of gas.

IMMUNE SYSTEM:
Daily use of honey and cinnamon powder strengthens the immune system and protects the body from bacteria and viral attacks. Scientists have found that honey has various vitamins and iron in large amounts. Constant use of Honey strengthens the white blood corpuscles to fight bacterial and viral diseases.

INDIGESTION:
Cinnamon powder sprinkled on two tablespoons of honey taken before food relieves acidity and digests the heaviest of meals.

INFLUENZA:
A scientist in Spain has proved that honey contains a natural ' Ingredient' which kills the influenza germs and saves the patient from flu..

LONGEVITY:
Tea made with honey and cinnamon powder, when taken regularly, arrests the ravages of old age. Take four spoons of honey, one spoon of cinnamon powder, and three cups of water and boil to make like tea. Drink 1/4 cup, three to four times a day. It keeps the skin fresh and soft and arrests old age. Life spans also increase and even a 100 year old, starts performing the chores of a 20-year-old.

PIMPLES:
Three tablespoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder paste. Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. If done daily for two weeks, it removes pimples from the root.

SKIN INFECTIONS:
Applying honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts on the affected parts cures eczema, ringworm and all types of skin infections.

WEIGHT LOSS:
Daily in the morning one half hour before breakfast on an empty stomach, and at night before sleeping, drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup of water. If taken regularly, it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Also, drinking this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high calorie diet.

CANCER:
Recent research in Japan and Australia has revealed that advanced cancer of the stomach and bones have been cured successfully. Patients suffering from these kinds of cancer should daily take one tablespoon of honey with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder for one month three times a day.

FATIGUE:
Recent studies have shown that the sugar content of honey is more helpful rather than being detrimental to the strength of the body. Senior citizens, who take honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts, are more alert and flexible. Dr. Milton, who has done research, says that a half tablespoon of honey taken in a glass of water and sprinkled with cinnamon powder, taken daily after brushing and in the afternoon at about 3:00 P.M. when the vitality of the body starts to decrease, increases the vitality of the body within a week.

BAD BREATH:
People of South America , first thing in the morning, gargle with one teaspoon of honey and cinnamon powder mixed in hot water, so their breath stays fresh throughout the day.

HEARING LOSS:
Daily morning and night honey and cinnamon powder, taken in equal parts restores hearing. Remember when we were kids? We had toast with real butter and cinnamon sprinkled on it!
